It'll be the sodium, glug, glug, glug!
 
B - poached egg on toast
L -beans on toast
T - lamb, broccoli, carrots, peas & squash
S -meringue & strawberries- 2 x rich tea & banana

= 1450 calories
 
Sorry for ther lack of communication but I've been poorly (sickness bug) but back on it now will update tomorrow with food plans.

Feel normal again now but not stuck to any plan now since Sunday and scales are looking bad. Which I can't understand as surely if I've been sick and hardly eatten I should of lost?!?

Scales look like Fridays weigh in will be 5lb gain. I'm going to try and pull it back tomorrow by being 100% but feel one stupid illness has cost me :0(
 
These things happen. The five pounds will come off again :) just get back into it and look after yourself !! You don't want to be poorly again!

Your body may of retained water. Number one at the moment is looking after yourself, ease back into the diet and hopefully you'll see a decent loss at your next weigh in once your body sorts it's self out.

Weigh in tomorrow, not looking good considering not weighing at all. Must remember I've lost 17lb and I can't go off the rails or it will be back on in a matter of weeks.

I will face what ever is coming to me and try harder.
I can't be too hard on myself since it's my first week back at work in 7 months, my 7 months old first week at nursey, been poorly and not been shopping.
 
Don't worry, whatever the scales say. If it's a loss, great! If it's a gain, it'll be water weight and off in no time.
 
That'll soon be off!
