i will eventually but using 16g of carbs (yes i would count them) when i will to start only have 25 per day is a lot. i like to use about 10 on veg.So Vicky, you said you wanted to up your carbs, why not do it with a galette or something? My oatbran + wheatbran isn't adding on many carbs (without even getting into the "do we keep it/should we count it as the oatbran is indigestible" discussion)...
yes i love mfp.MFP is a great tool for me to use to ensure I don't let calories get too low.
