maintenance with 5:2

I had sweet chilli king prawns to start, the warm chicken ceaser salad ( skin removed), sticky toffee pudding with some pouring cream and MIL and I shared 2 bottles tavern jack rose wine :/

Fast day today and I'm still so full it'll be easy. Working 8-7 today so I'm on course for a good fast. Will aim for liquids to help flush through all the naughties lol xxx

Food been okay today... Puffed wheat banana blueberries n koko milk for breakfast, costa skinny latte and 4 mini shortbread bites, sweet chilli chicken wrap with whisps n reduced fat coleslaw for tea, pudding was homemade rhubarb crumble with evaporated milk, snacks were skinny sweet popcorn, hobnob, pink n white and half a greggs cookie... Good stuff xxx

Naughty weekend as mum was here and she likes her treats lol. I'm just back from taking her to the station and I'm ready to feel clean this time tomorrow! Hurrah! Done insanity DVD and davinas 15mins of arms this morning, plus ironing from 6:10 till just after 8am haha! Have made a jug of water with one lemon and 100g cucumber in "to aid digestion" as I'm really slacking with the water intake recently! Feeling bloated today so hope the fast day and water will help flush away nasties. Have a courgette I need to use so was gonna slice it and bake them to make "crisps" with a little salt n pepper. Hot loadsa stuff to use up in the fridge before we go to Edinburgh on sat so food may look a bit random lol xxx

Keep topping up my detox water from the tap and pouring 1pt at a time... Already in my 5th pint! Haha! Made some courgette crisps... Need to play around with these as the flavour is phenomenal but some were crispy and some were soggy. Will thicken the slices a little and space them out next time. Xxx
