Good food today, scan bran with low fat yog and raspberries for breakfast, 4 x ratatouille mushrooms for tea, scan bran, remaining yog and more raspberries for snack along with a sugar free orange jelly. 30day shred, clubbercise and 9.5hrs of waist training! Love it! Xxx

It's prob just a fad but the kardashians sort of made it popular. It's a like a corset that redistributes your water and fat around your torso. Xxx

Aww that'd be fab haha! Had a fab food day. 1423cals and scan bran, low fat yog, raspberries and a Braeburn apple for breakfast, marks count on us chicken basil and roasted tomato sandwich with a flavoured water for lunch, garlic n herb chicken inspiration, carrot n swede mash, ratatouille stuffed mushrooms and reduced fat coleslaw for tea. Pud was half a tub of lemon quark, a lemon drizzle alpen bar crumbled over the top with some raspberries. Was delish. Shred done and 9.5 hours waist training done! Good in control day xxx

Second fast of the week complete, black coffee breakfast, black coffee, cherry bakewell alpen light lunch, fish inspirations with slim pasta tea, detox tea, shred done before work, 11.5hr shift at work, waist trainer on for a little over 12hrs then Pilates tonight! I love it!!! I really really love this feeling. Clean, healthy and sore muscles haha. Xxx

Thanks, fab food day! Finished on 1223. Scan bran yog and raspberries for breakfast, 3 x digestives and 2x cherry alpen light bars for mid afternoon snack, tea was chicken chorizo, red onion, mushroom, peppers and tomato skewers with a huge salad and reduced fat coleslaw for tea, lemon quark, lemon alpen light bar and more raspberries for pud and another 2 x digestives for snack. Shred done this morning, and 7hrs waist training on 2nd notch! Xxx

Yes Lexie it's tight ( would have to be ) but I can still sit in it, I'm on my feet all day at work ( no seat at all ) but have to sit when on toilet lol.

Final fast of the week complete on 496 cals. 2 x scan bran with some fat free yog for breakfast, tea was slim noodles, 200g veg, 200g prawns and mayflower curry sauce, followed by 3 x scan bran and remaining yog. Day 5 shred done and 9hrs waist training complete xxx

So night away in Edinburgh for valentines. Get the 1:14pm train. Looking forward to a great date night. Cocktails, good food and gorgeous company. ( note how I said cocktails first ) haha. Done shred, doing a bit power hoop just now then breakfast, shower and waist trainer on have a gorgeous valentines day everyone ❤️❤️ xxx
