Ohhh spangles I'm sure you will, what step are you on now? I am still on step 2 I can't bring myself to add bread, rice or potatoes yet as I know they don't sit well with me.

Its our anniversary on the 5th of April and I would love to be at target by then as we are out on the 6th for a Help for hero's ball.

Just starting my second week of step 3. I've not had bread or pasta yet. I've had noodles, couscous, new potatoes and sweet potato, museli for brekkie... Tomatoes and carrots sometimes and fruit! Just following the recipe book, mostly.

Managed to sts in first week on step three which I'm really pleased with, cos of the glycogen bump factor, but just had the fear that maybe 1000 is my maintenance level. Which would be grim.

Doing well Mama22. And that .5 could easily be a bit of water.

Pictures last night one chicken breast with green olives and 2 snack a jacks was what I took with me to nibble also had a bottle of white wine oops. As expected weight was put this morning I never eat after 6:30 and had the chicken ect with the film so after 9. So to make up for last night I have just done 41 min on my cross trainer.

Good for you for upping your fitness to compensate for any extra calories Very Beck.

I hope your weekend is going well.

I do love my cross trainer lol I neeeeeeded to do more with the white wine and my tired days have a minimum of 20 min, 3 to 4 days training and 1 night off. I did only manage 10min my first time and that was a push but I did teach aerobic/ spinning classes (before taking a desk job) fitness comes back/ increases faster then you expect, keep pushing yourself xx

I know, I started off so well last week, sadly inertia and hormones got in the way and now in back at the ole familiar square one.

I'm on a 7 day absolute 810 20 mins fitness activity drive now. I know it makes me feel great, just fitting it in is always hard for me, but then I find fitting myself in hard generally! This is the key to the kingdom for sure.

How tall are you by the way I'm on my iPod so can't see!

I'm 5ft 6.5 and my start weight was 254lb now this morning I'm back down to 145lb after going up to 148lb by eating/drinking naught/ late on Friday night.

Hi Mama22,

I'm fine. Need to get more fitness in -- begged off ice skating as I was sore from thw treadmill. Spent much of today helping Dd with her sewing project.

I moved my sister home today :-( she treated us to lunch and it was naughty but nice, will try not to stand on the scales in the morning but you know me. She wanted to go its almost 4 weeks post op and she can drive again and is moving ok but you always miss your own bed. I already miss her lol

Couldn't train today as an electric cable running over water soaked ground is not a good idea, ruddy rain pee off

I am glad that you are doing well and your sister is lucky to have you.

45min training tonight to make up for the naughty Sunday I just had, but it was nice lol

Also got my watch back tonight after having to send it back to Raymond Weil and then to a specialist and it now needs 2 links taking out seems my weight loss has come off my wrists hhhmmmmm

Two links -- that is quite a NSV!!!

I need to move it, move it, too.

Not the best food day yesterday but I feel a little more on the ball today, I just couldn't stop eating yesterday putting it down to TOTM next week. Planning a better day and more training later even defrosted my fish for tea.

Hi Mama22,

I've been bad the past couple of days. I am putting down to all the issues with cars and appointments - plus, packing up boxes with Easter candy in it to ship back to the States. There is a little "me, too" on going here. I need to stop. ;)

I know I hate shopping at the moment chocolate everywhere.

Only managed 31 minutes before jelly legs kicked in tonight lol

WI tomorrow and think its going to be a STS even though I gained at the weekend (a lot) but that's almost all off. Training is going well this week so that's helping
