Managed 30 min last night on the cross trainer. WI this morning and I'm up 1.8 so back at 10st 7 I always eat more then I should the last week of my pill never when it's actually TOTM.

Pulling all the stops out for a better week this week but I am taking the night off training tonight I have done 4 nights in a row for between 30 and 45 min so think I should rest my legs.
 
I always get munchies the week before TOTM (This week arrrrrrrgh!) very frustrating!

You defo deserve a rest after all your hard work! Whens you official weigh in?

I was this morning Hun 1.8lb up :-(
Tbh I have trained so I didnt gain as much after a meal out Sunday, cheese sandwich yesterday, crisps and biscuits this week 1.8 isn't bad. Feel very much in control today
 
Considering what you had I think thats great! Hopefully it will all be gone by the time next weigh in comes around, we can't put our lives on hold for this diet, still need to enjoy every day and sometimes that means eating less than healthy food!
 
Very strange day today going to get my girlies in bed then do some training feel a little lazy for having last night off lol

Sorry you had a little gain this week, but upping your fitness is bound to make your body want more fuel. it is a tricky thing to balance. You are at healthy weight, as well, so your body does not want to lose anymore.

Good on you for being so committed to the fitness... I am working on that. I have been yoyoing all year and so fed-up some days.

And the chocolate everywhere does not help -- and it is all on offer and I have difficulty resisting a bargain.

My energy has gone and ran off lol I didn't end up training last night and only managed 20 min tonight. Think I might have pushed to hard last week four nights in a row at 30/45 min, it's either that or that fact I'm due TOTM this week but I feel a little drained (either that or I'm pregnant lol)
Have planned a healthy cook breakfast tomorrow then off shopping and used myfitnesspal to calculate what I am allowed so pleased and looking forward to it only 262 cal
 
Managed to escape the weekend and I'm showing a loss this morning so happy days (very surprised as TOTM showed up this morning) but the good news I have passed my eat everything Pre period week with only a little gain (1.4lb) from my weigh in the week before yey.

Feel very positive this morning and already got loads done from my "to do" list that I might actually get to sit down for 5 min this week.
 
Well done hun, weekends + TOTM are a BAD mix where diets are concerned!

Thank you, I might actually see this Thursdays WI as a loss.

Just had my first shake it had to be chocolate, weighted out my fish/ prawns for tea and recorded them on myfitnesspal I will be good today.

Gutter water retention kicked in today almost 3 lb up think I will take some balancing tablets for the next few days.

Did 20 min last night on my x trainer then watched the new twighlight again love that film
 
Whooop managed 40min training tonight my energy has returned, today I have cleaned everything 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, mopped everywhere and stripped all beds.
 
Wow! I cannot imagine getting a that done. You go girl.
 
Happy mothers day for yesterday ladies. I managed to escape the weekend with a night out Friday complete with an Indian, then a harvester lunch on saturday and a mothers day 3 course Sunday lunch. But can happily say the water retention from TOTM last week going over the weekend balanced my meals out so only up .8 from
Friday.

Have a new found energy and determination to get on with this diet now only 7lb to go.

How did everyone else get on?
 
So angry my little girl still has teeth marks on her face after another child bit her at school

How old is your little girl? Hope she is looking better today? I know I felt furious when my son came home from nursery with teeth marks in his back, but I know some kids go through a biting stage and I am just glad and lucky mine didn't.

I spent mothers day travelling 8000 odd miles, but it was good, because I was coming home to hug my babies after 2 weeks of luxury relaxing time.

I have a lot more to lose now though :(

Egbert she's only just turned 3 the day it happened she spent all night waking up screaming

Glad your back hope you had a fantastic time it nice to get home you you babies though.

Don't worry about the weight it will soon come off
