I wouldn't defrost, just cook through from frozen. An oven at about 150 for 20-25mins should do nicely x
 
Chicken in stout

Didn't love this dish to be honest but mista mama did!

I usually make it with lamb and it's delicious!!!!

Mama! I had your Jamaican curry chicken, it was DIVINE! :eek: :drool: The OH said it was the best curry he'd had! (I made a pigs ear of the rice & peas unfortunately, partly due to not reading the recipe right. Also I will never buy tinned black beans again :jelous: )

I think I might be in johns good books this week with all this fab jamican cooking ! I have been looking for your chicken in stout and your paaaarrrrrttttttyyyy BBQ chicken but can't find it ? Oh and can we come stay sometime ! X

Erm, that picture is making my mouth water. It looks delicious, well done you!!!

As for the rice and peas, they look fine to me. What didn't you like about the black beans?

Well, the deal is that you look after miss Mia and you can stay!!!

Haven't posted those two recipes but will if you want me to. I didnt like te chicken in stout so don't really want to post the recipe but will if you absolutely insist...

Will need a day or three to post them as miss Mia is a bit poorly and, therefore, a bit clingy.

I keep going back to look at your curry picture. Damn it looks good. If I didn't know it was my recipe I'd ask you for it LOL
 
I'm making your curry on Friday mama! Gonna do it in the slow cooker and have it with plain rice, maybe brown or basmati! :drool:
