Hey hun, this weekend has gone ok foodwise, we had a takeaway but I went for chicken and chinese greens and boiled rice, not too bad, but I stupidly got the scales out late at night after the massive dinner and was showing 5lbs up, which kind of ruined my mood!!

Got on this morning and showing 2.5 up!!! I'm due on and done a lot of exercise over the weekend, so hoping its a bit of food bloat and muscle building which will settle over the next 3 days!!

ARGH!!! I should bin my own scales, I really should!

No more scales until weigh day? i am on the brink of going bonkers from not going on mine, but i feel okay. I hope this being 100% pays off and i get some sort of loss this week. I am still grumpy about the 3lbs gain last week. Barrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! x

Stop scale hopping! I know its hard but it can be so off putting. I haven't got on mine at all since last weigh day (only saturday) but normally get on them 2 or 3 times a day :8855:

Hi lovely, I haven't scale hopped since that post and have put them in the bottom of my wardrobe out of sight... no more hopping this week! What will be, will be at WI but I don't want to know til I get there.

Have been 100% yesterday and today and will be tomorrow so hoping its not as bad as I think xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I always forget to log my food lol, will need to make an effort, I bet I'm way oversynning by not putting it all down on here!

Tuesday 5th July - GREEN Day! 100%!

Brekkie - 2 Alpen Light bars = HEB1

Snacks - Apple, Satsumas

Drinks - Diet Coke and Water

Lunch - Small wholemeal roll (HEB2), turkey (1 Syn BM Slice), tomato, wholegrain mustard (1), Sunbites (6)

Evening meal - Pepper, Red Onion and Feta (HEAs x 2) Frittata, Mixed Superfree Salad

Pudding - Mullerlight, Grapes

Snacks - Sugarsnap Peas, Melon

Total syns - 8

Exercise: 10k cycle on exercise bike (21 mins, 320 cals burned)

OMG!

Looking at that, no wonder I always oversyn in the evenings!! I have had 13 syns by lunchtime today!

Time to ditch the bread and sunbites for lower syn lunch options I reckon... its unrealistic to leave myself so low in the evenings!!

Why don't you make it a green day, then you only have to syn the turkey rather than the roll on your lunch, which is prob no more than 2 syns and then you can have another hea of feta with your frittata?! ;) xx
