Why don't you make it a green day, then you only have to syn the turkey rather than the roll on your lunch, which is prob no more than 2 syns and then you can have another hea of feta with your frittata?! ;) xx

Now you're talking Laura!!! I hadn't even thought that I could switch it to a green and use the bread as HEB! I'm so used to being "Extra Easy" all the time!!

Does anybody follow a page called Diet Momma on Facebook? I only just started following, she is following SW and posts some good recipes etc... today she said there are 3 new Mullerlights coming out 1st August?! Coconut with choc sprinkles (SYN FREE?!?!), Passionfruit and Mango (1/2) and Lemon Cheesecake (1)...

Don't take it as gospel, but I got quite excited about the coconut one!!! :eek:) xxxxxxxxx
 
Tuesday 6th July - Extra Easy Day! WEIGH IN DAY!

Brekkie - 2 Alpen Light bars = HEB

Snacks - Apple, Satsumas

Drinks - Water

Lunch - Pasta Salad made with penne, peppers, onion, tomatoes, sweetcorn and peri peri sauce (1 syn), HEXA Cheddar on top

Evening meal - Bacon, Egg, New Potato and Asparagus Salad from EE Summer Book (FREE)

Pudding - Activia Strawberry Snackpot

Snacks - Strawberries, Grapes, Edamame Beans

Total syns - 1!

Exercise: None!

Well I had a small 1/2lb gain last night, was quite disappointed as I had hit it hard with exercise but oh well, its star week and I get the feeling I am going to get a good loss this week... oh and its 1 YEAR to go to my wedding day today!!!!!!

Food Diary to follow, going to be tricky today as am out with work tonight!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Thursday 7th July - GREEN DAY! 1 YEAR TO WEDDING DAY!!

Brekkie - 2 Alpen Light bars = HEB1

Snacks - Apple, Satsumas, 1 Marmite Cheese (I call ths HEXA - naughty I know!)

Drinks - Water, Diet Coke, NIGHT OUT allowing 5 x Vodka and DCs, 12.5 syns (TBC!!)

Lunch - HEB2 Wholemeal roll, tuna, extra light mayo (1.5), Cheese curls (3.5)

Evening meal - NOTHING! Just drank instead, naughty!

Snacks - Pre night out Activa, Grapes, Cherries

Total syns - 17.5 TBC

Exercise: Lots of bad dancing!

Yep, I'm thinking that too, anything I do go over by can be divided up, not got too much planned other than Race For Life and drinks at a friends house over weekend, so lots of time to pull back any slips tonight... got the KEEP COUNTING, that's the main thing xxxxxxxx
 
Friday 8th July - Extra Easy Day!

Brekkie - Erm... MCDONALDS EGG MCMUFFIN 22.5 SYNS!! (NOT A GREAT START - HANGOVER!!)

Snacks - Apple, Satsumas, 1 Marmite Cheese HEXA

Drinks - Water, Diet Coke

Lunch - HEB2 Wholemeal roll, Humous (2), Sliced Turkey (1)

Evening meal - Spag Bol made with loads of free courgette, carrot, mushrooms

Snacks - Activa, Grapes, Cherries

Total syns - 25.5 TBC

Exercise: 10k cycle on exercise bike
 
17.5 + 25.5 = 43 Syns in 2 days... so I'm 13 syns over for the week...

So I have 12 syns a day for the rest of the week to make up for it... not too bad when I think about it! xxxxx

He he, I know, I was so proud of myself for sticking to my drink syns and not eating crap last night that I ended up drawn to it this morning! Weirdo lol!

Ah well, 12 syns a day isn't too shabby at all xxxxxxxxxxxx

Evening meal - Tuna, farfalle pasta, capers, onion, peppers, spinach, passata, white wine vinegar.

Snacks - Activa, Grapes

Total syns - 12.5

Exercise: Did a 10k Run Race for Life on Saturday!
