do you find the alpen lights 'enough' for brekkie - i always feel hungry after having just those for the start of the day.....i went off the rails the weekend so back on plan today!!! gym session planned tonight too - woop!

I never find them enought for brek, but I can never be ar$ed to get up earlier and have a proper brekkie... laziness!! Might start having an Activia as well?!

I'm good ta, did Race For Life 10k on Sat so felt really good, then had a couple of beers after the Altrincham game that night... not so good! May have also sneaked a packet of crisps in there as well... and a handful of nuts...

Yesterday was a good day on plan though, although I couldn't be fussed to do my diary I had a SW friendly bacon butty for lunch and an egg and SW chip traybake for dinner, syns from brown sauce and a mini flake for dessert (4 syns?)... all good!

Aching all over this morning though!

yeah good socially, terrible for sw!!! back on it today though - as usual, and luckily ive got a weigh in holiday this week, so i have 11 days to recoup the 'bloat gain' i have at the moment!!! phew!!!

Should be fine though - it was bad, but not horrific! xxx
 
Well done on completing the RFL - 10k is brilliant!! I think following that you definitely deserved a drink or two, and some snacks, to keep up your energy ;) xxx
 
Tuesday 12th July - Extra Easy Day!

Brekkie - Alpen Lights x 2 HEB

Snacks - Apple, Satsumas, Grated Cheddar HEXA

Drinks - Water, Diet Coke

Lunch - Leftover pasta salad from last night (Free) with cheese (above), Cheese curls (3.5)

Evening meal -Chicken on skewers, yellow rice, Hovis Square Wrap (8 syns - worth it!), Tsatziki (2 syns for 2 tbsp)

Snacks - Activa, Strawberries, Grapes

Total syns - 13.5

Lunch - Wholemeal Roll (HEB2), Chicken, Salad, Cheese curls (3.5)

Evening meal -Lamb, Spinach, Red Pepper, Spring Onion, Feta (HEXA2) warm salad with balsamic dressing. Humous (4 syns)

Snacks - Activa, Strawberries, Grapes

Total syns - 7.5

Total syns - 17 (14 syns per day rest of week)

Exercise: 10k on exercise bike

I def think doing a diary has helped this week, I was surprised how good the weekend was as its usually my 'fall off the wagon' time but this week was ok!

I am so hoping for a good loss this week, been ages since I had a good 2lb-er! xxxxxxxxxxx
