Thanks for the advice and the observation on my mental state.
Had a WI this morning as I have changed day to a Thursday. I lost 4lb so I am pretty chuffed. I have 8lbs to go so I am hoping to get that done before the end of March.
I am in a mindset where if I start to eat the wrong foods then I will just say "f it" and have 40 points for my dinner. That is how I end up either struggling with going over and then struggling with being under. I think I have done ok so far this week although I guess my points should reset today??
