Manny...Ticking on by

well done eating all your points.

you need to update more regularly :p

chin up gorgeous :D you'll see under 12st next week, i'd bet money on it.. (and if you dont, i'd hunt you down and punish you for making me lose money :p)

hope you're not too grumpy about the footy yesterday xxx

Well I am in a stinking mood today. Went to the Rangers game last night for the first time since Tyler was born and they lost. Then this morning I had my weigh in and wanted to lose over 2 lbs to get to below 12st and I only lost 2lb.

Anyway I am off to sulk and have a latte

i hope thats a skinny latte :p

A quick question,

I have been feeling pretty off the last day or so. I am lacking energy and have a pounding headache.

Having thought about it I am tracing it back to Wednesday when I only had **(Point police look away)** 9 points for the day. Now my question is will I still have a decent weight loss this week? I have been ok the rest of the week 24ish points and will still have takeaway on Saturday night.

Advice would be appreciated

wendi plan works on high/low days and adds up your points to a weekly amount, and that works, so i can't see why you wouldnt.. however you shouldnt go beneath 14 points for health reasons - i know people sometimes do when they are ill, and i suppose it depends on the person as to whether their body reacts negatively or positively to having so little food..

so this is for you, numpty :copon: eat your points!! :p

fingers are crossed for you that you get beneath 12st next week :) enjoy your takeaway! xxx

um.. sorta. Wendi plan is specific points each day, but i think its Australia works as weekly points, so in theory you could have 45 points one day and then balance the rest of your weeks points out to add up to your weekly total.. if that makes sense?

It makes sense that you have weekly totals. So far I have never came close to eating my weekly total, when I have been sticking to it. So I am guessing i will be ok!

didn't realise you were also a Glasgow(ish) boy, Manny.

Can't say I am too terribly upset at your team losing - if I want my boys to be happy, I need you to be unhappy. ;)

You should join us for Jen's birthday - do you think you would get a pass to party with a load of wimmin???

I am not sure how that conversation goes in the house.

Me: I am going to go out tonight.
Wife: Ok, where you going?
Me: Just into Glasgow
Wife: No problem, who you going out with?
Me: A group of females I have met on the internet

I am not sure how the rest of that chat would go

Oh I think you know exactly how the rest of that chat would go...women are incredibly reasonable about such things....

Wife: "Oh, how lovely - you'll have an amazing time - are they nice?"
You: "Yes, all ages as well - some single, some married - its just like going out with the lads, but its girls"
Wife: "Well have a wonderful time. And if you want me to pick you up later, then just give me a call. I don't want you having to wait about for taxis and the like."

*guess we won't be seeing you then*

d'ya reckon. When she saw the S***e that we talk on here, she would know you would be well safe....(although Rach's diary sometimes would give her just cause for concern :p)

Well, far be it for me to come between a man and his ruler - I don't want that kind of strife - so looks like you're staying in on the 21st - or, at least, not out on the Quays. :D

I will let her see this thread and show her how much help everyone has been and that it would only be polite for me to turn up and buy to buy a drink.

Still not sure that will work either
