Manny...Ticking on by

Of all the days in the week when I get home from work I am most tired on a Thursday. Then when it gets round to making dinner I usually can't be bothered so we end up with takeaway.

Not this week tho :D

first time for me posting in your diary - I try to read as many as poss as I'm a nosy buggar..lol

I know what you mean about take-aways especially when your tired its the EASY option but then you end up paying for it all week. I allow myself a takeaway every other week and in the week that I treat myself to one I even my points out over the week i.e. cuz of high point takeaway I cut down on points slightly for rest of days, seems to work ok!

Cant knock a little bit of what you fancy within reason ;o)

Hi all,

Sorry I have not been on over the last few days but work has been hectic. I have worked about 30 hours over the weekend and today. I also never got a chance to WI this morning so this to me is the ideal chance to change my WI day. I am going to change it to a Thursday.

I will keep you all up to date and sorry for not posting on anyone else's diary.

Cheers, work is back to normal. The weekend work was supposed to be 2 of us but the other guy called off so I had to do everything on my own.

I am trying to eat all my points or at least 23 points a day.
 
just shows how amazing you are if you managed on your own though :D does it make you feel special haha? :D
 
..i dont think there is anything of interest in there yet. I havent posted today. However I will in the next five mins and I will make it Mannytee-friendly :) promise.
 
Arghh, I am still struggling with points. I have calculated today's (including tonights) and I am already 12 points behind 2 days. I am at the infamous 20 point mark again today. Should I eat 3 points worth of crisps?
 
Youve a while to go before bedtime, I bet you can manage the extra points no problem, by all means have a sandwich or a packet of crisps just make sure you have your points. Remember though you shouldnt be carrying 4 points every day, youre only meant to do that if youre going to use them up at the end of the week, dinner out or a treat night or something.
 
have a snickers, there is 7 points right there! lol
 
Thanks everyone for the advice. I had crisps to take me to 23 points. I am out for lunch on Saturday and takeaway at night so I am sure I will use them all this week.
 
first you struggle to not go OVER points.. now you struggle to eat all your points.. you sure you're not a bipolar WWer Manny? :p

i second the snickers vote.. though a creme egg for 3.5 would also be voted for.. yum! :D
