I very much doubt that I will reach my target, actually there's not a hope in hell of me losing 10lbs in 2 weeks so I'll halve my target to 5lbs. Not sure what's going on but when I weighed in this morning I seem to be back to square 1 with NO loss at all :-( I've stopped all exercise and am sticking to 1200 cals a day and at least 2l of water and not weighing in till Friday (its going to be tough!) I think I'm going to need all the luck I can get as its totm week too!
Oh no!! I find i lose more if I eat around 1400 calories a day, maybe you need to increase your calories slightly? I have my fingers crossed for you! Good luck! Xx
Hello all would you mind if I joined in? I started slim fast yesterday to hopefully give my weight loss a boost. My target for march is 5lbs. I've already lost 2.5 this month. Hope to get to know you all and have some great losses together. X
