Wow great weight loss,yea I don't think weight and inch loss go hand in hand to be honest with you! Enjoy your lunch :0) well done on doing the shred,it does get easier as you say.
 
Well, yesterday didn't quite go to plan. OH said he would come home and cook but then got caught at work so I ended up having a chicken kebab. Didn't finish all of it but pointed it at 20 to be on the safe side - it was quite big looking! And didn't have my wine so that means I can have some tonight instead. So basically I used 37pp yesterday and now have 37 weeklies left so not too bad. In the old days I wouldn't have given it a second thought to have a big curry with a few glasses of wine - I dread to think how many points I was having!

Today's plan:

Brunch (only just had this!)

2 weetabix - 4pp
Skimmed milk - 1pp

Dinner

Veg fajitas - 10pp

Snacks

Banana 0pp
Apple 0pp
Walkers Baked Stars - 3pp
Mini Babybel - 1pp
Mini Peperami - 1pp

Then 6 for 2 small glasses (or maybe more, heehee!)

Will also do level 1 of the Shred again. We're planning to do another big long walk tomorrow, probably in the hills.

Haha, I enjoy having done the Shred after I've done it, if you know what I mean! But while I'm doing it I shout at the telly! Not done it yet today so still have that to look forward to. Am putting it off as I am wearing my glasses today (normally wear lenses) but I have to take them off to do the shred as I get sweaty (sorry, tmi!) and they fall down my face. So I have to do it and I can't see anything! Lame excuse I know. And I could put my lenses in but am just being lazy!

Thanks for that, Nessa! I looked it up yesterday and there were so many different values I just thought I'd put 20 to be on the safeside. I've now changed it to 15 cos this one had a small naan rather than a pitta, but I didn't eat it all. But knowing it's 11pp with a pitta is great!

Change of plan with the walk.Played ball with the pup outside and did a shorter walk,will be too busy along the beach today! Evenings are better and be taking my son home then,been great having him here though! That's ok bout saying bout the sweat,at least you know you are working hard then,I have to take my glasses off for some bits or mine fall off as well!

Glad you had a good time with your son and your change of plan sounds good. We live quite near the beach too and avoid it if it's warm and sunny (not very often, haha!) cos it's always SO busy! But it's lovely the rest of the time.

Well, I did do the Shred minus my glasses, was a bit hard to see but I know all the moves anyway. My legs are a bit sore today, always a good sign. Last night had a few wines and ended up having some ice cream, oops, so down to 32 weeklies. Think that's the most I've ever had come a Sunday though!

Turkey stirfry 5pp
Noodles 5pp

So 20pp so far and sure I will have no bother finding another 6pp to have. We're off hill walking soon, can't wait. Although it's a bit wet so hoping it's not too muddy as my new boots aren't waterproof :(

That's good you live near a beach as well.Can look very pretty in the summer.Thats good you managed to do the shred ok without your glasses.Yup always a good sign if you're achy.Oh no at new boots not being water proof,that's not so good! Enjoy your walk :0)
 
Hi everyone, hope you're good! I haven't been able to update on my phone for some reason so had to wait till I had the chance to get on laptop! It's been mega busy and I;m knackered! Went for a big walk in the hills on Sunday, did another day of the Shred level 1 yesterday and today I walked 1 hour back from the next village cos the buses were rubbish and I was fed up waiting! So exercise is going good. Food has been good too. Am going to the pub tonight though once OH gets back but have tracked - I go to the pub and say "Right, I've tracked 2 glasses of wine so we're only having 2 drinks and then going home", haha! At the end of today I will have 8 weeklies I can use tomorrow and then it's wi on Thursday. It's going so quick!

This week I didn't have plans at the weekend so used my weeklies every day which has been good. But the next 3 weekends I'll definitely be using them. This weekend my best pal, her hubby and wee boy are coming and we're off out for an Indian then back to ours for drinks and the next 2 weeks I have parties for my 30th! I'm determined to track though, even if I do go over points. So we'll see how the next month pans out.

My 30th is on the 18th. Having a BBQ the weekend before at ours for friends and then the following weekend having a BBQ at my parent's for family. So it'll be busy, haha! Looking forward to it!

The pub was good fun last night. Ended up using 5pp for a packet of crisps (real crisps, they were YUM!). So 3 weeklies left which I've managed to use today. Also have 24 activity points for this week but not using them.

Today's food

Breakfast

Weetabix oaty bar 2pp
Banana 0pp

Lunch

2 slices brown bread 6pp (posh bread, haha!)
30g Philly light herbs and garlic 1pp
WW yogurt 1pp
Mini peperami 1pp

Dinner

Noodles with Quorn balls and brocolli 12pp

Snacks

Dairylea Dunkers 3pp
Sunbites 3pp
Fruit cocktail 0pp

So 29 pp. Used all dailies and weeklies this week - not sure if that's good or not, will find out tomorrow!

Glad you had a good time at the pub,using all your weeklies didn't affect your loss so that's good :0) lots of fun planned for your birthday so that's good :0)
