Wow great weight loss,yea I don't think weight and inch loss go hand in hand to be honest with you! Enjoy your lunch :0) well done on doing the shred,it does get easier as you say.

Then 6 for 2 small glasses (or maybe more, heehee!)
Will also do level 1 of the Shred again. We're planning to do another big long walk tomorrow, probably in the hills.

A normal chicken kebab is 11pp Hun. It's only grilled chicken and pitta xx

Change of plan with the walk.Played ball with the pup outside and did a shorter walk,will be too busy along the beach today! Evenings are better and be taking my son home then,been great having him here though! That's ok bout saying bout the sweat,at least you know you are working hard then,I have to take my glasses off for some bits or mine fall off as well!

My 30th is on the 18th. Having a BBQ the weekend before at ours for friends and then the following weekend having a BBQ at my parent's for family. So it'll be busy, haha! Looking forward to it!
The pub was good fun last night. Ended up using 5pp for a packet of crisps (real crisps, they were YUM!). So 3 weeklies left which I've managed to use today. Also have 24 activity points for this week but not using them.
