Hi

Had another mega busy day today - went to see my cousin and her baby but it's about 2 hours travel there and 2 hours back. Tomorrow will be at uni all day and then meeting my parents in Glasgow for some drinks and some food - hopefully I can be sensible....

Today's food

Breakfast

Weetabix oaty bar 2pp
Banana 0pp

Lunch

2 rolls 9pp
Ham 1pp
Salad 0pp
Crisps 4pp

Dinner

M&S middle eastern spiced chicken 9pp

So that's 27pp and am gonna have an options hot chocolate now for 1 pp so I have 47 weeklies left. I have already planned what to have at the Indian on Saturday and will need about 24pp for that so trying to keep weekly use to a minimum till then.

Thanks very much ladies. Had a mad busy day yesterday, but had a lovely time with my parents and didn't go overboard on food and drink.

Today my friend's wee boy is unwell so they can't make it through but we've decided to go for the Indian tonight anyway as it's booked so looking forward to that. Here's the plan:

Indian 30pp (I am thinking chicken tikka pieces with a tomato based sauce, some rice and a poppadom but pointing at 30 so I can also fit in a cheeky wee bite of naan bread, haha!)

ww yogurt 1pp

Well, last night was a disaster diet wise! Was quite good in the Indian but ended up drinking copious amounts of booze, haha! Although think I may have earned some activity points dancing around my living room. Oh dear! Then today we were hungover and went to Frankie and Benny's and I had bruschetta and a burger and chips. So it's safe to say my weeklies are gone (and then some). So will try and stick to 26pp per day till wi on Thursday.

I have a presentation at uni tomorrow so just finishing it off just now and then need to practice on the OH. It's meant to be 8 minutes but last time I practiced it it was 16 - ooops! I do like to talk, haha!

So sorry it's been days since I've been on. This week has been horrendously off track! My presentation on Monday went well (I thought) but got a rubbish mark for it and have spent the last 2 days being really annoyed by it and eating rubbish, oh dear! I need to get over it cos there's nothing I can do about it. I have been tracking everything and have gone a whopping 37pp over my weeklies :eek: My weigh in is tomorrow so gonna be good today but not holding my breath! It's completely my own fault as I have had no will power so need to get back on it. I also have loads of course work for the next few weeks so it's gonna be hectic but I don't want to give up. I think if I manage to maintain at least over the next few weeks I'll be happy. Sorry for rambling, haha!

So that's 26pp and I need to eat more fruit. I just realised that over the last week I have ate out 5 times, OMG!!! I even had a McDonalds yesterday for the first time in about 5 years - the uni canteen was too busy and the girls wanted to go there so I went too. Luckily I didn't enjoy it too much so I won't be wanting to go again. But me and OH did go to Frankie and Benny's on Sunday and it was amazing.......... I need to be more sensible.

Hope everyone's doing well. Sorry I've not caught up on anyone's diaries yet. I can't access it on my new phone (it's a bit basic, haha!). Promise I'll catch up tonight though!

Sorry to hear that about your presentation hun,can understand your frustration there.Nothing wrong in maintaining while you have plenty of other things going on in your life,well done for getting back on track.Don't worry bout the 5 meals out,just one of those things sometimes :0) and lol about your phone!

How are you? I have been proper AWOL, haha! Totally fell off the wagon the last few weeks and it's so hard to get back on again :( But I will! It was my birthday and I completely overindulged, oh dear. But you only turn 30 once. I've been weighing and it's creeped back up (was up 3lb last week). Am gonna weigh myself in the morning and I'm back on it. Have had a lot of uni work as well but after I hand in an essay next Tuesday I have a 4 week holiday - can't wait! Will be nice just to switch off and not think about uni stuff! And then I can concentrate on being back on track with my weightloss too.

You been up to much? Your profile pic is lovely! Is that your daughter? Both very pretty. I'll update my weight tomorrow and catch up on diaries then too.

I am SO sorry, feel terrible! I am so bad at knowing people's ages and knew you had a teenage (that right?) daughter. I'm always putting my feet in it with things like that! But if it's any consolation, you don't look old enough to have teenage kids and it's a lovely pic of you!

Ok, I am officially back on it from today!

Weighed this morning and am now 11st 0.4lb so have only gained 1lb during my 3 weeks of nonsense so not too bad. Here's hoping it's downwards from here!

I'll start my food diary properly tomorrow and update my food cos it definitely helps me stay on track but today I've had 43pp as I was out for dinner so have 32 weeklies left to do me till next Wednesday. I have now also finished uni classes and only have to finish my essay then I'm on holiday, woohoo!
