Marie - Day 3 of 82 SSing

I am now fully qualified!!!... YIPPIE!!!

Feeling a lot better today, been doing the plan as above, I am now ready mentally to SS, this is day one of my restart, all systems go!!!

I did an Indian Head Massage Course yesterday which was FAB, I am now fully qualified to to do to the public, just need to sort out insurance 1st!
My dream is falling into place, with that, the weight loss and my Swedish massage I will be able to give up work next year and do this and hopefully become a CDC.

If anyone lives within 20 miles of Cirencester I will be happy to give you Indian Head Massage for free..only 1 of course till I sort my Insurance out and I need to practice really 1st before I can be let loose on others!

Ahh day 3 for me on my restart, All going well, no bad side effects yet!

Had a lovely facial off a friend last night who is also training but at a different college, I gave her a Back, Shoulders and leg massage, we both didn't want to move after our evening of pampering!

I am going to do an Indian Head Massage on her next week!

Weather is pants here and I have to walk to work today as a friend is coming over after work for a massage and it's pointless driving as I can get a left back with her!

8 weeks and 6 days to Chrimbo!
 
Day 4 this morning and still going strong!

Scales said 13st 13lbs today, yippie my holiday excess is off plus a little more!

I am finding that doing something after work is a great distraction for me, tonight I am going chair hunting for my Massages, may take a trip up to Swindon then go to Aqua at the Gym for 6.15...

Not hungry, not tested for Ketosis but I know I am there as I feel that buzz about me, less tomorrow!

Weighing in with my CDC tomorrow night too...

What a mixed week I have had since Thursday!

Struggled a little but have been doing my diary thing & I am finding that helps. Finding it a bit easier everyday, no hunger any more.

Watched Most Haunted Live until midnight last night and I am shattered now, have a slight sore throat and headache too, damn weather!, it's gonna be -2 here Thurs eve!!... Yippie!
 
How crap do I feel, woke up with a sore throat, headache, shivers and ticklie cough, came home from work ill as I couldn't focus on anything
Won't be going in to work tomorrow, I don't have the energy.
Have eaten also today, all my hard work from the last week has gone out of the window...

Can't even face watching Most Haunted Live tonight and it's my FAV programe.

Off to bed with 2 hot water bottles and 2 duvets....

Well not been around for a few days as I have been ill, got a chestie thing going on that started with a sore throat!
Been off CD since Wed, I am restarting today from where I left off, I won't call ot day 1, just a restart.
Should be back on track in a few days, getting back into ketosis should be OK, will just see how things goes, I have about 9 days worth of packs, so If I need to I will do 4 packs a day to start with.
Hope everyone else is OK!

Just read your text - glad you are feeling better. Get back on it & see you soon...

I am feeling a lot better now. Still got the throat - can't take anything so it will take a while to get better & still got the cough but at least I feel human again!

I'm still here.... just!

Had a mare with CD, came off it for a week, had withdrawal symptoms and been on 2 packs a day since last Friday, I thought my head was OK to eat but wasn't... umm very confused at the mo.
I still would love to lose 3 more stone but it ain't happening at the mo, have tried since Sunday to do SS 100% but I can't get into it, not been the same since my Hol back in Oct when I had my packs taken off me at the airport on way to Florida.

Seeing Nicky Thurs will chat to her, thinking maybe of doing a higher plan til after Xmas.....

Watch this space..... I am about 6lbs heavier than I was a month ago.,.. will come off

I'm still here!

Not been too good the last few weeks, dunno what it was, been waking up grumpy and not being able to shift it, I think it's work and the thought of having to go back every day!, not the same as it used to be, things have changed and not for the better.....

Well I have been off CD SS for 5 weeks now, I have gained about 10lbs, I am restarting today and my head is now there, I had some Spiritual Healing last night and the lady said I have had probs with my tummy and she would clear the blockages.... boy did I go well this morning!, so after that session last nightfeel all pure and fluffy now!, so no more crap is going in and food packs only!

Hope everyone else is OK???!!!

Soon be Christmas!
 
I am still here!!!

Just been mega busy with work, massages, spending money.........lol

Slowly introducing CD back into my life, done 1 week of 1 food pack at brekkie a day, starting Monday it will be 2 food packs a day and on course for 27th Dec to fly into SS land!

Anyone know how to change my main title?, used to be able to do it by editing 1st mess in thread but the button has gone.......................

All going well in the Ford household.....

5 days to go to my CD Restart, I can't wait, picked up some yummy soup from my CDC Wednesday, so won't go cold this time!
