Cool, great to have you as a companion on the way down eh!..I've never tasted any of the soups I've more of a sweet tooth on my so love the choc tetras(make large mugs of coffee with them) choc/choc mint/strawberry shakes and don't get me started on the bars, I seem to love all of them.
I've had a choc shake for brekkie, then 1/2 tetra coffee and a choc shake made into crisps for late lunch only about half an hour ago, but sure I never eat early on a Saturday, gonna hold off and have another 1/2 tetra coffee and 1/2 cranberry bar for my dinner, i know thats 3 1/2 portions but sometimes I'll go up to 3 1/2 or 4 depending on my appetite, I've told my CDC this and she's ok with it, didn't really give her a choice LOL,, i'm a headstrong baggage and as long as the weight is going down the scales whatever works is good for me...beats getting too hungry or feeling bored with options etc.
