Week 5 - Day 5:
Brekkie: Small bowl of porridge (approx 30g) made with water with a few raisins and a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch: Small salad with 2 smoked mackerel fillets. Fromage frais (light options from Aldi).
Dinner: Chicken Leg and half a chicken breast, with some cucumber and mushrooms, 1 wholemeal pitta bread. Mustard as a condiment
Drinks: 3 litres of water, 2 cans of diet pepsi and black coffee
Snacks: None today!
That was yesterdays intake and I managed my weigh-in this morning and I'm at 167lbs which is a 6lb loss in the last 2 weeks according to my home scales.
I've been running my home scales against the chemist ones for a few weeks and they are pretty much the same, give or take a pound at the very most, so I'm pretty happy with the results.
Next weeks weigh-in will be a better indication, as it will remove the slight inaccuracies of changing scales, so the nett losses will be accurate (if there are any! lol).
