Snacks:

Wholemeal roll hexb quorn ham mugshot banana

Might make a pasta n sauce/veg quiche to nibble on over weekend

Poker night, will prob have some off plan nibbles but try not to go too mad. A few glasses of wine

Ended up having 3 slices of dominoes pizza, a couple of handfuls of doritoes, a few glasses of wine and a pint of pear cider! Ooops, will just count that as all my syns for the week seeing as I've hardly used any. Back on plan 100% from sunday :)

Did do my 30 day shred workout in the morning

Sunday extra easy day

Did 30 day shred DVD and it nearly killed me in this heat!

Went to a BBQ and had lots of chicken and a small burger in White roll and lots of salad. Sml glass cranberry juice. Stayed off the booze :) about 12 syns

Tea

Wholemeal pitta, laughing cow extra lights, mugshot, tiny slice of free quiche, banana

Not a bad day for a Sunday, need to be extra good next 2 days before weigh in

didn't get chance to do workout this morning but gonna try and do it this afternoon/evening :)

Hardly slept last night as son being sick all night with a tummy bug :(

Did 30 day shred - 7 days at level 1 done now, may attempt level 2 soon

Weigh In lost 2.5 lbs. Would have liked a little more for my first week but can't complain :)

tea:

will probably be jacket potato, beans & laughing cow light triangles (hexA) with salad & lf dressing

drinks:

coffee (ss milk as hexA), green tea, water, sugarfree squash

aiming for no snacks today as having a few drinks later.

going out for a few drinks with the girls tonight, will stick to wine and try not to have more than a bottle!!

The night out ended up being cancelled. So saved the syns I would have used on wine, gonna have a few squares of choccie instead :)

Had quorn spaghetti bol for tea (free) with a little lf cheese (hexA)

also had alpen light & mullerlight

Our friends made curry last night, did have a small plateful (would have been rude not to!) declined pudding which was homemade crumble and cream!

Just signed up for a special 6 week offer at the leisure centre, going to try and go most days and do something like swim/class etc, doing pilates tonight. On days I don't go I'll do 30ds

did 30ds level 1 and going to pilates later for 1 hour

lost 1.5 tonight at wi, happy with this as ive had curry, chinese and kfc on weekend! must be the exercise:)

Did easyline class ( intense 30 min weights & cardio workout ) plus swim and sauna/steam but no 30 ds

Have decided to just eat healthy and exercise now rather than sticking strictly to sw but still going to keep a food diary
