Martha's Diary - seeing it through to the end....

I'm just impatient lol and it probably will improve so il just go with the flow and hope for the best definitely.

You will defo tone up when you move up the steps and start going to the gym

I didn't know that.

I know where you're coming from i messaged my consultant none stop at the start because i was really curious and weary to how my body will look after this diet without exercising. You really get tired when you've been on it for so long and have so much energy and you just want to hit the gym but cant its frustrating but its all worth the wait. It will all come together in the end for you.

So cottage cheese with fresh chives and black pepper with some cucumber celery and green pepper for lunch. Wasn't awful and not as heavy on the tummy as the yoghurt surprisingly.

Figured that getting the actual 'food' out of the way earlier in the day then I won't feel so bloated in the evenings. Who knows! Time will tell :)

Good plan, I much prefer breakfast/lunch then a product as afternoon snack then one for dinner

Well today ended better than it started :D

Hoping the yoghurt tomz isn't as hard to eat in the morning as it was this morning

It's some weather today isn't it?

Weigh in day today just having my morning shake and water. Nervous about today as I took the dog for a massive walk on Saturday so I'm thinking it could affect my weight lose but we will see.

Thank you for keeping your post up to date, this has really helped me in taking the step to meet a consultant (which is booked in for this Wednesday). I really hope they can help me and that my doctor doesn't give me any hassle when I ask him to sign my form (my BMI is over 40). Thanks again and keep up the amazing work. x

Getting on ok although the yoghurt today wasn't the best I may just stick with milk when yoghurt runs out lol

Nice weather yea! Where you from? I'm cleaning kitchen cupboards today tho lol

Hopefully the walk won't matter much and it's great your getting active :) let me know how you get on!!!

It's honestly the best thing I've ever done with ups and downs along the way.

Please keep me posted on how you get on and I'm happy to offer any help and support I can to keep you on track.

We are all in this together. Thanks for reading my diary. Although its a lot of rubbish most of the time it helps to write it all down.

I will def keep u posted, I am so hoping this is the start of the new me, trying my best to cut down on carbs this week to prepare myself. It's so hard as my office always has cakes/sweets and that is my weakness. I have taken to filling my cup with water every time I have to walk past the treat table! X role on tomorrow

Your doing the right thing cutting the carbs and increasing the water. It will make the 1st few days on plan soooo much easier.

Yea the treat table will of course be tempting but as long as you keep in mind why ur doing this it won't be so bad and honestly it's not as tempting when your in the zone.

Hopefully you won't have any issues getting your form signed. I'm excited for you :)

Omg!! Just had the Indian dhal spiced soup from the Cambridge book for my tea and it is absolutely gorgeous!! Hubby and daughter both love it too so I think that will be made in my kitchen for a very long time.

Got a lot of cupboards cleaned today and the fridge and cooker lol even did my windows!! There's something seriously wrong with me having all this motivation and energy!

Can't wait to get the whole house sorted this week so I can concentrate on being excited for my holiday :)
