Martha's Diary - seeing it through to the end....

Getting on ok although the yoghurt today wasn't the best I may just stick with milk when yoghurt runs out lol

Nice weather yea! Where you from? I'm cleaning kitchen cupboards today tho lol

What is it you don't like about the yoghurts?

Yeah it's beautiful. I'm from Glasgow. You? aw god nothing worse being stuck in on a day like this.

Well I lost 2lbs so 13lbs to go to target weight. Spoke to my consultant today about how I'm feeling and about me maintaining and it helped just going to maintain with the book and work up the steps it's the better option she recommends me to do 2 weeks of step 2 then 1 week of step 3,4,5 and then I should be ready to get my life back so I'm pleased with that.

They have a consistency of cake batter lol too thick. Maybe I should get plain yoghurt and not have Greek yoghurt.

Yeah I'm pleased with that. She said once I'm at my goal then to switch onto to step 2 and follow it like I said earlier.

I just went into town did some shopping, got weighed came home and enjoyed the rest of the the sun. That's good you got to enjoy some of it :)

Lol I only had it once before but it's actually okay on it's own so that could be an option for me instead of mixing with a pack.

Hopefully doesn't take too long for you to reach goal as I know your keen to move up the steps and get off Cambridge lol

Yea. Travelling back down to my moms. I have training for a voluntary position at the Red Cross tomorrow. We still haven't reached our destination.

It's just 4 two days then back to derby. Had to pull son outta nursery so I'm keen to get him back in to it. He already missin it. I never reached til 1.20am n I'm up again.

Aggggrrh. I hate mornings lool

Okay so day 3 on step 2 and the forest fruit shake mixed into Greek yoghurt its prob the best so far. Still very sickening but think the forest fruit works because it tastes like yoghurt anyway lol

On a less positive note I did a weekly check on my weight with me only getting weighed fortnightly and I haven't moved. I also did a check on Monday morning to get an idea of the step 2 week but they hadn't moved then either lol so I'm prepared for either a gain a sts or a very small loss at next weeks weigh in. Only time will tell. I'm only 5lb off 6 stone and I'd really like to get that off and move on to getting a dent on the next stone before I go away.

Think il make salad for tea with some chicken so looking forward to that.

Hahaha tanning cream doesn't even work on me I just burn.

Don't even wanna think about how burned ill get on holiday! Staying with family in California for the whole month of July. Don't think I could have picked a hotter month lol
 
So dinner was also really delicious tonight. Halved the amounts egg and chicken and made a salad with some balsamic vinegar.

Amazing how it has filled me right up when before I would have viewed it like a mindless snack and wanted something later in the evening.

Really starting to enjoy the week now and also looking forward to getting bk to my products on Monday so I can loose as much as possible before my holiday :)

Sounds yummy, I might try some balsamic tomorrow... Actually that reminds me to get some chicken out of the freezer! Actually quite fancy a boiled egg now too!

Was lovely ria you should defo have that. Just did the chicken in some of that Cajun rub stuff and it was really tasty makes a nice change.

Got ma chicken defrosting! I fancy an egg though!

It was great saving half of the cottage cheese, it was quite filling, and then I could still have my mousse - which didn't set great for some reason, it was more like blancmange! But thankfully have managed a 100% day! I didn't even eat the tiny strawberry that had ripened up in the greenhouse!
