Thank you! I have drawn a line and today has been good diet wise. It's my totm and I feel very bloated and crampy, but will keep on keeping on. Stuck to my lower calorie goal today which i hope will allow me the leeway I need on a weekend.
I have a long weekend next weekend with lots of gigs so need to keep on top of it til Thursday evening, as I know dinner that evening will probably be McDonald's or similar.
Trying to increase the fruit I eat. A banana made it onto my desk today. (Still there.... but progress!) Our office provides all the fresh fruit and veg you could want and I should take more advantage of that. Also we now have lots of lower calorie and healthy snacks so of I do get a hunger pang it's easy to make a sub 100 cal choice which is great!
