Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Well made my protein shake with skimmed milk and a banana and it was really nice :) I did my kettle bell class tonight with 6kgs weight was hard but feel great afterwards

Had a stressful afternoon with kids and ate 2 penguin choc I have to learn to deal better with my kids causing me stress!!!
 
Ok was not starving hungry today.. Just having cravings for salt and carbs my Totm is a few days away me thinks!!

I shouldn't have cooked roast beef and mccain roast potatoes for dinner, was yummy but I ate all the extra potatoes my kids didn't eat!! And generally had a crap day food wise!! These last 2-3 weeks have been really crap almost every 3rd day I really over eat my kcal's.

Ok I am now losing inches, some off my breasts as i can now reach under son#2 cot to get his toys with out much trouble!! Lol and developing a bum of steel (kettlecise instructors words lol) and my outer thighs are now very firm but my weight is a STS from 3 weeks ago.. I think I must be eating as much as I am exercising so am going nowhere fast!!

I am an apple shape I carry most of my weight round my middle and wee bit on my inner thighs plus have great bingo wings..
 
Don't beat yourself up love, you know what's happening & I'm sure soon things will get back on track. At least you're doing the exercise to eat the calories xx
 
My plan for tomorrow is to try and do an aerobics class at 9am- 10am if my OH is ok with that :)

My food day was better today :) altho went to suppermarket and bought some milk bottle sweets and a curly wurly Doh!! Shouldn't have gone down that isle!! My kids have gone through so much fruit in last few days!!
 
Lol just asked OH if ok to go to class, no you go 3 times during the week why go on the weekend???? I said to him.. Sweetheart you should have said .. Of course you can go you need the exercise to loose weight! Lol he repeated it back to me.. I said thanks for letting me go :) ha! So will go to class :) let's hope it's not over booked!!!
 
I feel guilty too for going to Zumba twice a week as I work til 10pm 2 nights a week already but he has said he's ok with it. He'll go to the gym the same nights when I get home so we still have 3 nights a week together x
 
That's great!! My OH moans but let's me go! He doesn't know I do Monday mornings too lol!!
 
I had to be very determined to go this morning to the aerobics class, I was about 5 mins late due to OH pouting and shouting lol but they let me go in :) HRM shows I burnt 380 kcals and mfp said 485 for same amount of time.. Maybe be if I did the class hard out it might get that high cals wise :) still have a tender heel so jogging ok just no "running" on the spot but feel great!
 
My OH recons once I loose the weight I stop the exercise classes lol um.. No need the classes to keep the weight off :) he's so funny!
 
I think that is prob it! He does a physical job mon-sat and doesn't want to do anything in the evenings or weekend!! Apart from lift his arm to change the tv channels lol
 
Went to wackywarehouse today had the pub lunch chicken bacon salad, dressing on the side, had one tsp of the honey mustard (being watched) and then Added my own Hellmans fat free vinaigrette which I had in my handbag lol was nice

But destroyed rest of my day by eating real pizza from pizza hut- thin crust low fat cheese etc was at my brother-in-laws we just got home!! Kids back to school tomorrow wanted an early night!!

All those who are thinking about real pizza DON'T - I have invited mr T to my house as I took all 3 tablets today!!
 
Mmm he better not Wednesday evening is kettlecise but I think mr T will come on Tuesday so I will not be going very far from home :) that day! Next time I get the feeling to put diet meal in my bag - I just will!!!! OH said oh no not staying for dinner.. Grrr

Oh no not both at same time! I HATED that the one time I had it, never never again lol.
 
Didn't make my Kettlebell class this morning son2 had a melt down when I tried to leave him at pre-school!!

Food has been good today! Off to Zumba later wearing my HRM so will be interested to see how many cals I burn, the aerobics class was 380...

No Tango yet... Just a rumble in the tummy lol
 
Ahhh Tango got me before my Zumba class (thank goodness!)

HRM did my Zumba class at 300 cals compared to the aerobic class at 380 - I know I worked harder at the aerobic class but Zumba is more fun :) my Zumba teacher took onboard my comments and added an extra fast track today.. She agreed that she used to have it a bit harder before!
