Sorry seemed to miss this earlier! 30 day shred is an exercise dvd by Jillian Michaels and the aim is to do the work out everyday for 30 days (the most ive managed is 10 days in a row...it killed me!) Theres 3 different levels and it works all the muscles in your body it is a really good workout, you definitely feel it! Exercises inlcude jumping jacks, sit ups, press ups, jump rope (pretend skipping), butt kicks, squats while punching etc etc ... all easy do able exercises and if you csnt do it she will tell you an easier way of doing it but still exercising....maybe you tube it? X
