Yeah I need to do abit of tweaking definitely...no way could I hack 3 fast days hahaaa! I think 600 cal day fast and definitely more water. Anyway going to sleep now so morning comes quicker and I can eat

lol that's what I used to do! I like sleep at the best of times though haha.
Hope the extra water/cals make it more bearable. And fingers crossed you get a good result too! X
 
Foooood, yaaay! Haha

Feast day! 1500 cals

Breakfast: weetabix crisp choc minis with semi skimmed milk

Dinner: cauliflower cheese soup with wholemeal brown roll

Tea: sausage surprise! Just about to put it in the slow cooker ready for later...mmmm! Could probably have it SW style too with low syn sausages :thumbup: (soooo yummy!)

Snacks: pear, raisin and biscuit yorkie, french fancy, half a battenberg cake slice, slice of malt loaf


Went over my cals by 42 - whooops! Very nice feast day though, yum yum!

You just put everything in it you can find :D lol ...mine had tin chopped toms, mushroom, baked beans, carrot, bbq sauce, sausages obv ... was so yummy! Served it with mash potato
 
Updated diary with todays food....really enjoying this plan haha, feast days are far too easy....I hope I do actually lose weight and not gain haha!! Gonna plan to have just under my cals tomorrow to counter act today
 
Another feast day

B: my usual playgroup feast hehe half a crumpet, half a piece of fruit bread and half a piece of toast all with lots of butter on...yummy!

D: Moroccon mackerel fillets with 2 slices of wholemeal bread (400g loaf)

T: homemade chilli con carne, wedges and mature grated cheese melted on top (om nom nom nom)

Snacks: Malteasers Teaser bar, rocky road hifi bar (omg where have these been all my sw life!), Aldi vanilla milkshake

Think I may do my fast day today instead as staying at my parents tonight and tomorrow morning will probably go out for coffee or breakfast ....theyre bad influences lol!

So todays fast day plans are;

B: 2 x caramel hifi bar (140)
L: tomato cup a soup with crutons (111)
T: stirfry veg (60) and a blue dragon sauce (58 ) with quorn pieces (76)

Snacks: 10 cal jelly

= 455 cals then a few cups of tea will make it to my 500

Also going to aim to drink 2L of water

Fast day has gone really well....have a killer headache again but only managed 2 glasses of water, I find it really hard to drink water!

Having my 10 cal jelly then going to bed - rock and roll saturday night lol!

Oh and my mum is killling me hahaa - shes sat and ate a mince pie earlier and now she has pudding chips and peas from the chippy (my fave!) Going for a drive to get petrol so im not tempted to have any lol

Feast day today

Breakfast

Small fry up (2 sausages, bacon, egg, tomato, beansand 2 pieces of toast)

Dinner: nothing as was still full from breakfast/brunch

Tea: chicken and bacon pasta bake with garlic bread and salad

Snacks: cadbury oreo chocolate bar

Unsure on cals today, havent a clue how many cals in breakfast as it was from a cafe so no idea how it was all cooked? Oh well I am guessing im still within as didnt have any dinner?

Going to do another fast day tomorrow then weigh in on Tuesday (cheating maybe but need to counteract today lol)
 
Definitely needed another fast day today as ended up having chinese last night as hubby was hungover, so I caved too!

Todays food

D: half a cheese straw pastry (unsure on cals but guessing 150)
T: stirfry veg (70) quorn (76) and stirfry sauce (58 )
Snacks: 10 cal jelly

Oh we are chinese mad! Had chicken curry, egg fried rice, s&p chips and s&p chicken wings .... paying for it today as had bad belly ache!

Today was going well until 4pm....then I seemed to eat everything in sight...french fancy, few biscuits with a coffee, chocolate muffin (threw half of it in the bin out of guilt lol) then I ended up making bacon pasta bake for tea with garlic bread and then weve got apple pie and custard for afters (not had it yet though)

Going to treat today as a feast day and pray it's okay

Ohh your food sounds yummy but naughty lol. I can feel my willpower slipping too though- not enough syns left for chocolate but the bad voice in my head is saying have it anyway!
I've heard about these s&p chips but they don't do them at mine, instead doing garlic & chilli salt ones!
I love Kung po prawn but it doesn't get much worse- batter and a sweet sauce lol.
Is it WI tomo? Drink plenty as Chinese tends to be salty x

I've resisted so far- had a bath and two glasses of squash in the hope that it makes me feel too full lol.
Enjoy your pudding- I think if you're gonna have a treat its important to really enjoy it :)
Good luck for WI! Every lb counts. I've lost track of my weight after yoyoing these last few weeks.
Max is doing really well thank you for asking. He's pottering round nice and steady and still on painkillers but tonnes better thank goodness. Watched war horse last night I was in floods lol x
