Yeah I need to do abit of tweaking definitely...no way could I hack 3 fast days hahaaa! I think 600 cal day fast and definitely more water. Anyway going to sleep now so morning comes quicker and I can eat

Oh we are chinese mad! Had chicken curry, egg fried rice, s&p chips and s&p chicken wings .... paying for it today as had bad belly ache!
Today was going well until 4pm....then I seemed to eat everything in sight...french fancy, few biscuits with a coffee, chocolate muffin (threw half of it in the bin out of guilt lol) then I ended up making bacon pasta bake for tea with garlic bread and then weve got apple pie and custard for afters (not had it yet though)
Going to treat today as a feast day and pray it's okay
Lol don't do itt! She says, about to tuck into apple pie and custard....don't read my diary I'm such a bad influence lol!
I've done so well the rest of the week really, hoping it doesn't affect WI too much (yep, tomorrow, was meant to be today but I didn't dare step on the scales) I'd be happy with 1lb off after the past 2 days! I did skip lunch on both days though so I hope it's limited damage!
