Melissa's food diary

I've resisted so far- had a bath and two glasses of squash in the hope that it makes me feel too full lol.
Enjoy your pudding- I think if you're gonna have a treat its important to really enjoy it :)
Good luck for WI! Every lb counts. I've lost track of my weight after yoyoing these last few weeks.
Max is doing really well thank you for asking. He's pottering round nice and steady and still on painkillers but tonnes better thank goodness. Watched war horse last night I was in floods lol x

I'm just eating for the fun of it recently, ive got an Xmas du to go to 20th dec so you'd think I'd be motivated but I'm not! Seen the dress I want do I'm going to order it in size 10 like I originally told myself, it may give me an extra kick up the bum! Really need to start exercising again, hubby took the car to work today so I had to walk everywhere which did me good.

Glad to hear Max is better

Haha I totally do that when I'm off plan. At first I used to say 'oh its great I have treats but I don't overdo it' now I go the whole hog every time!
Ooh I like the sound of your Xmas do target would a 10 fit? I'm going to Bruges and wanted to be a bit below target but can't see that happening now lol. Ill be happy if I maintain for the time being x

Yeah I reckon so, if I really put my mind to it now and exercised, I think I do need to buy it, see if it fits/looks nice or if I look bumpy and spilling out hahaa....to be honest my frame is quite slim, i have an hour glass figure, just have a flabby tummy and a huge bum at the moment! I'm only 4lb away from my target which isn't much....it's more exercising and toning along with a few more lbs shed....last year I worked so hard and got so many compliments on my weight loss and how nice I looked and it was really nice to hear....so hoping for the same this year lol :) I will find a picture of last year and post it and also my dress I hope to wear this year :) give me a moment!

Lovely pic! And that dress is stunning- I'm on my phone and cant see stats so didn't realise you were so close to target- my memory is like a sieve too lol.
Have you tried the Kelly Brook bras at new look? I have a balconette type one and its fab ;-)
I also recommend Primarks 'control' tights- they aren't heavy but give a lovely smooth silhouette if you're wearing something clingy lol xx

Haha I have a body sock....its an all in one and fastens underneath your crotch lol!! Its sooo unattractive but its fantastic, sucks you in everywhere haha! Will have a look at the Kelly brook bras thanks!

Lmao at the thought of a body sock! I can imagine it being good though!
They're good because the range is pretty AND comfortable- so rare with underwear haha.
Right I'm going to bed- so rock n roll. Good luck for tomo! X

1/4lb lost! Better than nothing/ a gain

New game plan now, think the whole feast days ive been taking too literal haha! Back to SW and going to start 30 day shred and do it at least every other day x

Lol it's certainly better than a gain it maintain so well done! Ha it's calling them feast days I think, it encourages naughtiness!
I've heard good things about 30DS- have you done it before? I like the idea of exercise but it falls down my list of priorities. I find I'm generally quite active in the day, cleaning up and running around after various animals (usually the bloody chicken- honestly she will be Sunday lunch soon!) so not too concerned, though I bet it would help with target & toning x

Thanks Rosie. Yup its gd ive done it before but only manage a week usually haha. Won't be doing it every day tho. Lol at the chicken, animals are hard work. I spend my days running around after 3 kids - close to animals lol! They probably make as much mess!!

I might watch it to see lol. I did insanity last year and managed but it felt hard work fitting it in every day. I didn't see much in terms of results either but I think I expected a miracle ha.
Wow 3 kids, you must be run off your feet! How old are they?
The animals can be hard work but bring so much happiness (and an income!). I think we had about 65 at last count lol x

Haha yea my friend goes to circuit class every week and aches all week and she said she still has a muffin top and huge arse (whatever, she looks fab!) So there's no hope for me haha...we was in primark today buying our suck me in knickers...theyre so attractive hahaa, not!!!

They are 6, 4 and 17 months, im constantly at school run, playgroups, walking with the buggy etc

Oh wow lots of animals, do they all live in a stable/farm somewhere or dp you have a large land to keep them at home? My kids would love lots of animals! Our jack russel is enough for me! My daughter loves cats though and has asked for one off father Christmas, ive had to say that father Christmas cant deliver animals, there's no way I could afford nor have time for a cat! X

Well today has kinda turned intp a fast day ... whoops??

Todays food

B: 2 x hifi bars
L: nothing as was out shopping
T: I have left over stir fry that really needs eating today so stir fry veg, blue dragon black bean sauce and will do quorn chicken with it.

Brings todays cals to 456... tempted to give 5:2 another go this week but be super strict on "feast" days and not eat stuff just because I can, maybe do a normal SW day with 20 syns instead? Plus my 30 DS

I do feel more determined so I think I will make better choices!

Ha gotta love suck me in pants.. Awful to look at but work wonders! Aw how lovely, its nice that they are only a couple of years apart, do they get on? My brother is two years older than me and it took til I moved out to be able to cope with him haha.
No they all live at home with me :-/ we have a tiny cottage and garden so its quite a squeeze here. Hoping to move in a couple of years to somewhere bigger with more land (and no neighbours!- I had to give away my cockerel, Egg, because he made too much noise).
I have a lovely cat and am in two minds- some are self sufficient and look after themselves but others are a handful. I haven't got a dog though! Love jack Russells they are so cheeky :D x

Yeah the older two get on really well most of the time and they absolutely adore their baby brother! Quite lucky really and hoping it continues. They've been playing walkie talkies all evening lol, Grace was downstairs colouring at the table and Theo was playing lego upstairs and every now and again they would talk to each other lol, was cute!

Ahhh cottage sounds lovely! Loving the cockrels name hehe, shame you had to get rid of him :( . Yes our Jack Russell is very cheeky, shes 6 months now and finally starting to settle down abit x

Ahh that's so sweet! They sound very well behaved colouring and playing Lego!! Long may it last ;-)
Yes it was a shame about Egg. We hatched two, Egg & Spoon- Egg lives on a lovely farm in Cambridge (no really, I even visited him!) so maybe if he's still going when we move I might get him back! Then we bought Pip and Squeak to keep Spoon company. Fresh eggs daily is just fab.
Ah your pooch is still a baby! Twice as crazy lol they're so sweet though x
