Cheese and onion toastie on wholemeal bread (HE A and B )

Dinner

Nothing again, kids are off school and its just chaos, not been at home.

Tea

Sausage (2 syns) mash (2 syns for butter) peas and sweetcorn, gravy (3 syns) Yorkshire pudding (??)

Have a cream cake for after tea....possibly gonna treat today as more of calorie counting as didnt have dinner?

Ugh hate school holidays....been shopping and kids were really well behaved so said id treat them to dinner, they chose mcdonalds....i caved and got a mcdonalds too...

So mad at myself, constantly failing recently, I just have no motivation to lose weight...id rather just eat what I want. Not a good idea though as I can pile the weight on quite quick.

Im thinking I could do weekly syns and see if that helps me out more? Not eating anything else today that is it. Off to work out the damage of my dinner....
 
Hi Melissa, sorry you're struggling :-( weekly syns works really well for some people and not at all for others! I'd say give it a try and see how you get on?
Sometimes sw is so frustrating. It's ridiculously easy to stick to in theory but that urge to just eat what you want can be overwhelming- I am all too familiar with it haha xx

Need to snap out of it or the weight is gonna sneak back on! Been shopping and bought lots of healthy food, going to my friends tomorrow but going to take my veg soup with me, fruit and a muller light for dinner (y)

Good plan! Organisation is so the key with sw. That and a little willpower I suppose lol.
Know what you mean about target making you complacent. My initial target is about 2lb away though I think I'd like to carry on and see when my losses stop!
It does make you think beggar it though.
Have you tried Kay's soup challenge? It's fab for a boost and relatively easy lol xx
 
Yeah next week should be easier as kids are back at school and back to normality....gonna plan some soups and go shopping on Friday then have a big cooking marathon on Sunday!

No tea tonight as felt so bad from eating McDonald's....going to bed soon so I'm not tempted to snack.

Got friends coming over in the morning with their little boy, going to do a little teddy bears picnic for them, lots of low Syn treats though.

Teddy bears picnic was so cute, kids really enjoyed it!

Graces 7th birthday tomorrow so possibly going to be off plan for tea but will eat free and superfree foods for the rest of the day
 
Yesterday was horrendous....ate 2 cucpakes, lots of chocolate fingers, chicken nuggets, french fries, a shop bought sweet chilli wrap, dorito crisps :confused: :thumbdown:

Had a lovely day for daughters birthday though, she was so appreciative of all her presents I was so touched...such a sweet girl! Nothing like my son who said "why didn't you buy me x y and z" lol!

Ahhh just waiting for dinner (its in the slow cooker) smells yummmyy I'm starving!! Good day today, feeling alot more positive and determined to have a good week! Been food shopping and also wrote out meal plans!

Zafira - yea doing soup challenge, it's ran by Kay its on the teams and challeneges part, you have soup as a main meal and do red and green days, 2L water intake a day...really good results previously so fingers crossed!

STS this morning on the scales (well 1/4 lost but ive never worked with 1/4s lol so don't log it) god knows how I didn't end up with a gain this week, had a shocking first half of the week but managed to turn it round past few days. Although last night I did cave and have a slither of apple pie and custard, we invited my parents over for sunday dinner and they brought pudding with them!

Another good day yay! Had 2 of husbands scampi bites as was so disappointed with my Quorn chicken, it was awful! Think it would of tasted better in a curry maybe?
