5:2 attempt! Feast day

Breakfast

Went to toddler group and had: 1/2 crumpet with butter, 1/2 piece of brown toast with butter and 1/2 a toasted tea cake with butter (toddler groups are the devil!!)

Total cals 227

Dinner

Tomato soup

Total cals 118

Tea

Large chicken salad (chicken tikka breast pieces, lettuce, toms, cucumber, raw red pepper, light cheese triangle x 3, 30ml kraft light garlic and herb dressing)

Total cals 389

Snacks/syns

banana, pear
250ml semi skimmed milk in cups of tea throughout the day
Aldi bubbles mini chocolate

Total cals 324

exercise - 1hr power walking long way home from toddler group

Total cals = 1108 of 1200 (92 cals remaining)

Going to count it as all of my 15 syns today if I say each half was 5 syns each??

Large chicken salad (chicken, lettuce, toms, cucumber, spring onions, raw red pepper, light cheese triangle x 3 (HE A 2) and possibly a very small drizzle of kraft light garlic and herb dressing, 1 syn)

Snacks/syns

Apple, banana, pear and an ALDI ff greek lemon yoghurt. Maybe some crab sticks to snack on if im still hungry.

Okay scrap the above....attempting a week of 5:2 to see how I get on! Just entered all the above and it came in at 1108 cals for today...Going to use 1200 for a normal day and 500 for fast days (y) ive decided my fast days this week are going to be wednesday and friday

Off to change above accordingly with cals instead of syns
 
Ooh I will follow your week with interest :) when I tried 5:2 I think I took the 'eat whatever on non fast days' a bit too literally ;-) x

I'll be following your diary with interest as I'm intrigued about this 5:2 thing xxx
 
Ish yeah...like im making a SW lasagne for tea tomorrow and continuing with 250ml milk and fibre so bread or cereal bars etc a day but i will just count thw calories in them instead of syning them or using as healthy extras

i used to do calorie counting years ago before SW, and now and again i still count the calories on what i've had if i can , even though it's SW :)
