5pm chilli con carne with loads of veg already in it and a low fat cheese slice(to make my healthy extra A up)
Then after i have done my weights i have a protein shake (which can be between 4 1/2-7 syns)
then later at night i might have a slice of wholemeal bread dry (between 4-6 syns dependant on what type i buy)

What i do is make alot of my food for in the week up in bulk i normally make a chilli con carne every sunday that will last me 5 days and i will cook the chicken breasts in bulk and the boiled eggs and the veg.

Anyone tried kettlebells? I've just bought one in an attempt to do some exercise.

Finding it spectacularly hard going at the moment (in a good way).

at the start of the year when i was about 3stone lighter i used to do kettlebell exercise once a week for 55 mins using an 8kg bell.
First time i done it i couldnt move for 6 days in so much pain but after 3 weeks i got used to it, They reckon if you do it properly you burn over 1100cals

I love kettlebells. But it is a hard hard workout, which is why it burns so many calories. You need to get your form right. I would suggest you join a class to help.

Morning everyone.

Seems like ages since i've posted on here. Still at it, keeping the fitness up, although the weight loss has stopped. I am fairly happy with where I'm at, would like to get down to under 13st but I have hit a brick wall with that over the summer.

Have started cycling on top of my other excercise, managing to to 20 - 25 miles on a saturday or a sunday most weekends.

I am in smaller clothes all round, but weight has remained the same - maybe thats the effect of the extra excercise. Still sticking to the EE eating plan, we are now really into a routine with it. Perhaps I can manage to shift the half stone over the winter.
