Back on mini mins with my tail between my legs - i was away for my wedding anniversary and have been completely off plan, Fri/Sat/Sun & Mon. When I weighed myself this morning i'd gained 8lbs!!!!!!!
I am disgusted with myself as although i was bad I wasn't that bad: here's what i can remember eating!
Fri 27th November:
B: Cheesy Pasta - Free
L: Chicken breast skewers with jalapeno relish - 2 syns for relish
D: Penne arrabiata with chicke breast - Free + Garlic bread with mozzarella - 15 syns, followed by caramel shortcake with a scoop of ice cream - 20 syns
Drinks, throughout the day I had approx: 18 drinks - sounds a lot but we drank from 11am til about 1 in morning - approx 5 syns per drink = 90 syns
Saturday 28th Nov
B: Chilli beef panini - 20 syns
L: Chinese buffet (chicken noodle soup - 5syns + plate with chicken satay, fried rice, chips andchicken balls - 30 syns + plate of chicken curry with fried rice - 20 syns)
D: at german market - large salted pretzel - 15 syns + sweet waffle with chocolate sauce and cream - 20 syns
supper: chips and cheese at chip shop at 1am - classy i know! - 30 syns
Drinks: approx 10 drinks at 5 syns each
Sunday 29th November:
B: Hifi bar - hexb
L: cheesy pasta - free
snack - monster munch - 5.5 syns
D: lentil soup - 5 syns + steak pie and roast potatoes - 20 syns (no pastry) + small lemon meringue pie - 15 syns
Buffet at party: fudge, marshmallows & shortbread in choc fountain, doritos and dip, piece of birthday cake, aero mini's, 3 slices of banana loaf with butter, some pringles & lots of peanuts - approx 60 syns
drinks: soft drinks
Monday 30th November:
B: cheesey pasta - free
slice plain bread - 7 syns
L: large chicken legend meal with salsa, 2 nuggets and 3 tomato sauces from mcdonalds - 50 syns
Snacks: large nachos with salsa and jalapenos + 3 scoops ben and jerry's ice cream (at cinema) - 50 syns
D: Large chicken tikka kebab with bag of chips and 2 sauces
snacks: 3 funsize choc bars. - 50 syns
forget what I said about not being that bad, I am really really disgusted with myself after writing down everything i've eaten, wish i'd done it on sunday morning and it wouldn't have been as bad!!!
I'm not going to WI tonight but i've been 100% today and will be all week.
