so happy - i lost 4lb this week :)
 
my how a week can change things lol I only lost 1 lb this week, normally that wouldn't bother me but if it had been 1 1/2 lbs i'd have got my next award :(

I was tempted to have a takeaway in protest but i didnt, anyway food for today:

b: 1 slice crusts away bread- 2.5 syns + 28g cheddar hexa
3 rashers ww bacon - free, 15g reduced sugar ketchup - 1/2 syn

l: 80g dried linguine - free, 85g extra lean mince + passata, onions and herbs to make bolognese - free, + 28g cheddar - hexb

s: 22g s & v snack a jacks - 4.5 syns

d: 80g basmati rice - free + 125g chicken with passata, onion and variety of spices to make a chicken balti - free + 2 plain poppadums - 3.5 syns

it has been 63 weeks since I joined slimming world and i've lost 66lbs. If you had asked me when I started would i be happy with this I would have laughed and said you'll be lucky if i stick to the diet for 6 weeks never mind 63!

I've finally managed to gain a good balance on food/exercise/weightloss.

i go to the gym 3-4 times per week and even though had 3 meals off plan last week i lost 4lbs so i must be doing something right!

Just so happy right now, i'm the thinnest/fittest I can ever remember being and it feels great, with just over 2 stones to go the end is in sight!!

Food for Wednesday the 17th march

i know I overdid syns but it was just one fo those days.

Back on mini mins after 2 year break, I am now 4 1/2 stone away from target weight. I got to almost 6 stone lost and then thought I could do it myself.... Big mistake! In the past 2 years I have gained and lost at least the six stone, I rejoined slimming world last october and only lost 10lbs in the 10 weeks, which I then put on over Xmas and new year, decided in January to rejoin gym as hadn't been for 9 months and went to the gyms weigh in class. Needless to say it didn't work. Rejoined SW again on 19th march. Since then I've lost consistently, I've done it before and know I can again.

I've just re-read all my old posts and can't believe I worked so hard just to put so much back on.

I'm tracking on SW website now but will post here as well.

Tuesday 24th April

Extra easy

B: 6x bacon medallions all fat removed, 10g ketchup (0.5syns)
