I;ve had a terrible week its been so hard, haven't had anything really naughty but I just don't feel focused or particularly good in myself - my stomach has been so upset the last few days

Sorry I am late in congratulating you, been so busy this week, I am going to weigh myself in the morning ahead of Tues WI cos my clothes are feeling bigger (and almost in one of my old "smaller" bras that I haven't work since 2008! but after gain last week am worried for WI this week

You've had another brilliant week - are you tempted to go off plan at all?

This week is going to be hard for me I have 2 birthday evenings out!!! I doubt I will be staying on plan. * week this week so I am hoping that I will stay the same.
