***********new recipe*****************

make a mim, standard

1/4 cup of flax.
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg

once cooked slice thinly then put under the grill, toast on both sides, this makes the mim slice really crispy

wait until cool then you can eat as french toast with paté!!!!

this is a HUGE fav of mine now and wil be buying paté on a regular basis...in fact im going to make the 'mim french toast' and put it in a lunchbox for daily useage lol

I had pate on romaine leaves and cucumber today but it is not the same as having it on toast - might just try that tomorrow :D

Missy how do you toast it? Do you use toaster or grill?

grill in the oven, i make my mims in a mug and i think the slices would get stuck in the toaster as they are only small really.

im thinking of buying a loaf shape mould, making triple MIM mixture and making a loaf!

i dont want a sandwich but philly, cottage cheese, paté all taste better on french toast dont they!

nah not the same lol...paté is lush on its own or toast, not greens lol

i tried it with celery earlier....i ended up eating the celery stick with peanut butter lol

Urggggggggggg peanut butter - only buy it for the dog lol

i buy it once a yr if that.....get a craving for it....eat 1/4 of a jar then bin it after the BBD

enjoyed it earlier though, im thinking of replacing the butter in a MIN with peanut butter mmmmm

I have a loaf tin. I will try it tomorrow. I had a bacon sarnie the other day and then took cheese and cuecumber sarnies to work. They were actually really nice.

mmmm theres me saying i dont want a sandwich and you mention a bacon sarnie!!!!!
