Well its my mates hen night tomoro, and my sis is over for d weekend....dont want the family knowing I have gone back to CD just yet so need to wait til shes gone home!!
Getting excited at the idea of losing weight again!

How are all our fallen angels. Hope you are all being good.
I have been great so far, walked to asda and the post office and back again.....omg it was sooo hot.
Well after my 2 days nearly 100% last week I have had a little old slip.... BUT.... tomorrow is 9 weeks exactly to when I go on my holidays... so tomorrow I am going to SS 100%..... so I WILL be collecting a star tomorrow night!!!!
I am eating healthy ish today as well!!! And I'm thinking about going to the gym!!!!

Thanks guys.... am going to a party tonight... wasn't going to drink but now I think I might!!!!

I just can't believe it. Today is probably my best day of the week. I have waited until really hungry before eating, and then found I didn't need much food before feeling full. I ate whatever I fancied, and I did loads of walking today too. Really am feeling on top of the world right now! 5 days of 100%.

I have my internet back up and running and was over the moon to see this thread when in i logged back into minimins.
Please can i join you?
I have continued slipping whilst i've been offline and i have put weight on.
After reading this thread though i feel i can start to pick things up and work on losing weight again.
Dont really have any firm plans in place, ie, what diet i'm doing. It seems my chatterbox goes into overdrive when i say i'm doing one particular thing and then I fail miserably!!
Gonna just take one day at a time. Think it's finally clicked that this isn't a race and that i have to take baby steps to achieve my ultimate goal.
10 stone here i come!!!
