2lb off for me this week, which brings me to 1lb lost. At least I have a loss to register this week so I am happy with that. Tricky few days coming up again so hopefully I can hold on to it.
3 weeks left in the challenge and my goal is to keep losing no matter how little and then onto the Christmaschallenge or whatever challenge is next.
