MINITOBER - CHALLENGE

Ive guesstimated in the past it doesnt work lol I measure everything now. Otherwise id do a cheese overload I love the stuff
 
No, back to it from today, pretty comprehensive how ive designed the sheet. Click the My food diary link and it will show you it straight away. The sheet can be set for as many syns as you target for each day and counts them down as you use them, and for what plan you follow on any given day also. Should help keep within the guidelines.

3lb loss for me :)
 
Lost 2 this week :) going to do a couple of red days this week to hopefully get a good loss. Don't ill make my October target but will just need to try extra hard in November :) x
