got up a bit late today and had to rush out the door to go to doctors so only had time to grab a hifi light bar to munch on the train. Will decide food plan later when I get home.

Food shopping is being delivered today - I am too excited! Got some new food coming that I've not had before and some different food that I have but not in the style it's coming... Woo!

Aaaahhh that looks lush Minky!

Good luck with doctors today.

Thanks Rosie, it's nothing major. Just wanted to go on some form of contraceptive now that I've lost lots of weight. Haven't been able to conceive previously but now I've lost this weight and I had a scare the other month I thought it best to be prepared.

Booked in for a Mirena fitting (if you know what that is!) on Wednesday, lovely jubbly. Don't know anyone on it but it lasts for 5 years if you want it in that long! Nice.

Hope it goes ok on Wednesday....my consultant wanted me to have one fitted but I'm too much of a wuss lol. Have tried several types of pill over the years (I've got endometriosis) and after a while my body gets used to it so keep having to change. Been on this one for about a year and not looking good anymore :( I'm only on it to control my symptoms otherwise I wouldn't bother (OH has had the snip so no chance of getting pregnant :()

Good luck with that and hope it works for you. Someone else on here had it fitted a few years ago and now taken it out as trying to conceive.

Why are you a wuss? I am dead nervous and tbh, I went in just expecting her to say 'here is the pill, be on your way' but i'm glad she went through every option available properly and for me I think that this is the best option. No need to worry about taking something every day and with my IBS I dont have to worry about sickness/diahrroea having an effect.
May sound a bit blonde... but whats endometriosis? xx

Good luck with that and hope it works for you. Someone else on here had it fitted a few years ago and now taken it out as trying to conceive.
Thank you Rosie, I have looked in to it a bit more and heard lots of positive things about it - quite different to the coil! :D xx

Oooh glad to hear first hand experience from someone you 'know' ;) I am a little nervous (usual sort of things, can you feel it, will it come out, can it get 'caught' on erm... things?) but I guess everyone has those sort of thoughts! xx

So tonight is WI.... Impending doooooom! Finally in for my well deserved gain and going to take it in my stride. Basically, was all set for being an angel (as you all know!) and then.... well, I got drunk. Daaaamn!

Went over to my best friends friday, had 3 vodka and diet cokes (all my syns that I had saved), planned on going to the pub for JUST a diet coke, bumped into a few more friends and before you know it we were stopping off at Subway before heading on to the cocktail bar where I stayed until 3am. Tres tres naughty, but I did manage to be slightly good amongst all the bad! I ordered a chicken teriyaki subway with cheese and mayo AND made sure they chucked in loads of salad, gherkins, jalapenos, cucumber, red onion, sweetcorn, lettuce.... the works! So I guess there was a third superfree! And in my cocktails I asked for some fruit slices on the side of the glass to have some superfree too :D

Was pretty good on saturday, had some breakfast as normal and dinner was BNS and beef lasagne with mixed veg. Good.
Sunday.... Jeeesus. I was a dustbin. Wasn't that I ate loads, but picked at little naughty things. Good things as well (banana, yogurt, egg and beans on toast) but the bad things - 2 thin(ish) slices of white baguette with butter and cheese, another with pate (omg to die for!), cadbury's light trifle (6.5 syns and total delish!) and some cheese cracker things like big cheddars. Dinner was awesome, Roast chicken, roast potato and sweet potato, baby brussels and parisienne carrots (cooked in stock and tiny amount of butter and black pepper, so freaking sweet), cauliflower and cabbage. Oh and 2 yorkshire puddings. And gravy.

Yesterday was a lot better, had porridge and frozen mixed berries, sesame ryvita (to fulfill the full HexB) with a smidge of light garlic and herb cheese, luncheon prawn layered salad (only once I had eaten it and checked the syn value did I then have the urge to throw up.... 20.5!!!), some fruit throughout the day, and then dinner....

Anyone like Quark?? Think its an acquired taste... but I used it in a carbonara dinner last night. Pretty damn good. Loads of mushrooms, couple of onions, 3 cloves of garlic, cauliflower florets (cut real small), add the cooked pasta, leftover shredded chicken, mix tub of quark with 2 eggs and black pepper, add, stir and serve. Grated my HexA of cheese on top and my goodness I loved it!

Roll on 7:30 so I can weigh and start a fresh week. Although I am going to a 40th wedding anniversary on saturday, 3 course meal (starter - camembert, main - roast beef, pudding - cheesecake - drool!) and all alcohol and breakfast paid for. Its in a massive manor house somewhere and its a bit posh so going to have to dress right up and be pretty good this week so I don't have a gain next week too. She says.... and then alcohol gets involved and my common sense flies right out the window :D

Endometriosis is where cells from the lining of your womb grow elsewhere inside the body causing constant bleeding (I bled every day for over 18 months) and terrible pain. I had a laparoscopy (camera inside) in 2007 and was diagnosed with mild endo but bad symptoms, some people have no pain or bleeding and have it really bad.

Good luck for tonight! Think mines either a STS or a gain toooo...tomorrow is a new week :D x
