I've had a couple of NSV's too... Bumped into an old friend in sainsburys on Saturday, she was chatting away to my mate Hannah, kept looking at me, then was like omg it's you!! I didn't recognise you at all! Bare in mind it's been 5 years since I saw her and I had super long blonde hair then!

Second one - work colleague said yesterday 'I'm really starting to see how small you're getting, the tops of your arms are so thin'. Win!!

The last bike the boy had was an N reg - she was a beaut and started everytime, real good runner. Then he had the crash and was written off :( 4 months after we'd spent £1100 repairing and doing it up! I'll get a snap at the weekend when it's sunny - it really is nice xx

Today has been pretty pants. Not in the food dept but work. Sometimes it's like :banghead:

But before I over indulged in a packet or 2 of biscuits I showed some self restraint and had the following (and it's a green day) -

Snack - hifi bar HexB and soreen malt loaf 5 syns
Lunch - salad (then added some couscous made by my friend and 1 slice of ham 1/2 syn) 1 tbsp pine nuts HexB

Snack pm - mullerlight, 1 digestive 4 syns, 1 mini shortbread finger 1.5 syns.

HexA - 1/2 cheese in breakfast, 1/2 milk in tea. 1 left if I need.
HexB - hifi bar and pine nuts.
Total syns 11.

Dinner > I have decided on carrot, red lentil and cauliflower dhal with rice. Quite looking forward to that as it's not something I've cooked before.

Now, roll on home time!!

Ooh sounds delicious! Much more exciting than my meals today (also a green day).
I like to try and mix up meals, don't get so bored then with having the same thing. Plus, I'm trying to be a bit frugal so veggie dinners bulled out with lentils and pulses is the way forward :D xx

When work is **** it really throws everything off balance I find. Well done you getting through it without being bad.
I made up for bad at the weekend.- couldn't continue today no matter how much I wanted to! Xx

Alrighty... Let's get this hump day ticked off!
Tasty treats today, feeling pretty good after waking feeling floppy and tired.

Green day.

Breakfast - 35g porridge oats HexB made with hot water and dash milk.

Lunch - leftover carrot, cauliflower and red lentil dhal (with extra spinach!)

Dinner - thinking egg, wedges, mushrooms and beans. Or mushroom and onion omelette.

Snacks - banana, plum, small pot grapes, cucumber and carrot sticks with 1.5 syns reduced fat houmous (1 lvl tbsp).

HexA - milk throughout the day with tea and porridge. 1 left if needed.
HexB - porridge oats. 1 left if needed.
