MinkyDinkys SW Success Diary!!

Been thinking about bowel movements - as you do - and natural ways to help things move along. And then I remember Zoe saying about prunes! Der, of course prunes help. And did you know that you can have a HUGE 80g serving as a HexB?! I'm stopping at tesco on my way home tonight to grab a bag and have them as my second HexB of the day. Woo! Just need to have a HexA now.... Probably a big glass of milk with dinner xx

I think it is because people are used to us being a certain size and when we get smaller it is hard for them to see we need to lose more. No one believes I have the amount left to lose that I do. If only huh!?

Dried figs are a heb, delicious and good for bottom troubles. The only thing that works for me is my hormones changing and sugar (a lot of sugar!)

Mushypea curry had everyone else running to the loo the next day, and beetroot is meant to have a similar effect, just remember you have eaten a lot of it else you might have a loo panic!

Dried apricots never fail me, think it's 75g as a b choice on green!
My dads side of the family are obsessed with me not loosing any more weight, it's like I still have 1.5 stone until I'm in the "normal" category I'm hardly wasting away! grrr!! xx

Not long got in from the pub. Had 4 diet cokes. He had 2 pints IPA, 2 full fat cokes, chicken tikka masala, pilau rice, 2 onion bhajis, 2 samosas, 2 poppadoms, naan bread, mint yogurt and mango chutney. I didn't even dip my finger in the sauce to try it!

Couldn't be bothered to eat my dhal so made a quick cheese toasty, HexA and 2nd HexB used with 2 syns flora light. 7.5 syns for the day.

Off to bed before I need a wee. Again.

FRIIIIIIDAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!

Bit excited to get through today! I've got a bit of a busy one in the office - boo, but once that's done I have a quiet weekend in with the boy. Think I'm going to attempt some form of exercise, even if it's a long walk to see my mum and friends - do the rounds. Some batch cooking will be done too, need to decide what meals to cook tho from my mega list!!

Food today - don't know what plan to follow, probably an EE day.

Breakfast - 30g prunes 2.5 syns, fried egg toasted sandwich, banana

Lunch - left over dhal with added spinach.

Snacks - 1/2 melon, 2 plums, small pot grapes.

Don't know for dinner yet :( maybe a veggie pasta or carbonara - gotta love a carbo!

Gosh that portion of prunes is enormous! How did you ever manage to eat them all? ;)

EAT THE PLUMS NOW!

I must admit, it was a struggle. But I kept reminding myself - 'it's for the goodness of your bowels so get 'em down ya girly...'

Managed to stave off hunger for an extra 10 minutes by having a long phone call and drinking some water but it's now....

PLUM ATTACK TIME!!!

Ive got bounties and galaxy choccy calling my name but theyre too high in syns, need to get some more curly wurlys and crunchies as they are my faves

I love galaxy chocolate, but like you say, so much higher in syns which is a shame. I have one curly wurly left in the cupboard, 3 milka bunnies, the rest of the mini malteaser ones and I think that's it?

How many syns are crunchies? I know that mini bags of malteasers are 5.5 and I wouldn't mind getting some of them xx

Crunchies are 9.5 but im addicted to them lol. Oh you just reminded me I have a box of Maltesers too but if I start on the box I wont be able to stop :-(

Ooh yummy bunny! I got addicted to the Cadbury's Caramel ones last year - if I remember rightly they're only 5 syns - perfect!!

Must have to search these out then!! Pass tesco on my way home and it seems like all the Easter chocs are on offer at the moment. Cheers for the heads up Hun xx
