Holiday Countdown!
Going for a red day.
Breakfast - the pancake stack 1/2 syn for Greek yog
Lunch - ham salad and dressing (yet to find syns on this)
Dinner - either gammon shank in sweet muscovado sauce or beef in ale gravy (both from tesco, both syn free) with roasted BNS, carrots, onion, cauliflower and maybe Brussels or swede mash.
Snacks - banana, plum, nectarine, kiwi, mango - choice of all but think I'll have mango and nectarine.
