MinkyDinkys SW Success Diary!!

It has not stopped snowing aaaall day. It's frigging windy out there too. Needless to say my walk home was interesting - no hat with me so my poor ears were frozen!! Home in the warm now thank goodness. Cuppa tea in me should help xx

Hope you've warmed up now, it's so windy here too and my hat isn't tight enough and wind got in my ears anyway, ouch!

Same here but it started settling about 330. I ignored advice to come home and had to abandon my chuffing car and walk. The wind is EVIL today, really biting and goes right through you.
It's pretty bad isn't it? Meant to have it through till about 11am tomorrow. It's just bitter. I was covered in snow :( hope you're ok xx

I have warmed up thankfully! Got my dressing gown and slippers on with a blanket. Hope your ears are warmer! Xx

It is freeeezing. I'm at my parents house, was just visiting but now kinda stranded due to the awful weather conditions! Awful xx
 
Made it back into work this morning - snow varies between 4-6 inches. Arctic winds and jeez it was a fresh walk in.
Took one of my colleagues 12 hours to get home! Why he didn't abandon his car and check in to a travelodge I'll never know.

Busy day in the office as minimal staff have made it in and it's also weigh in day, yay! Got myself a meal plan for the next 7 days from picking out green and red days from the magazine weekly plans to see how they fair on the losing weight malarkey. Just want todays weigh done to draw a line under last weeks crappy food binges (namely sunday :D)

Food today, no actual idea if I'm honest. Got some plums, banana, hifi lights, Melba toasts and Kerry low low here. Oh and a mug shot and pittas. Probably have fruit and yogurt for breakfast, Melba toast n low low with a mugshot for lunch and dinner... Whatever I fancy as it'll be after WI. Maybe a curry. Nom!

Good Luck with WI, Minx. Hope it goes well. My WI is later this evening, know I shouldnt check my own scaels, but couldnt help it and they show a STS. I know I have been good and done lots of exercise, so trying to stay positive!

The sun has come out to play now and melt all the snow but its still absolutely bitter in the wind, I hate it :( xx

Good luck to you too! I will be happy with a STS! What times your WI? Stay positive because even if you do STS, you know that you have followed plan, have upped your exercise and you will reap the benefits - sometimes exercise does play havoc with the scales, lord knows it has for me and plenty of others on here :D fingers crossed xx

Have been looking at some yummy recipes and planning meals for the week to try and follow the 7 day plans in the magazine but also to ensure I stay nicely on track. Given what I have in my freezer and what the boy likes I have changed out one of the red day dinners and going to replace with a lovely sounding Irish stout beef stew. Now it works out at 20 syns for the whole lot but serves 6 people, putting it at 3.5 syns per portion. I could remove having raisins in it taking it to 16 syns and 2.5 per portion but the recipe calls for them so I'm going to use them :D I'll write up my full food plan later and check everything I have in to make sure I don't have anything missing. Looking forward to seeing what the outcome is following their 'recommended' food for a week! xx

Lucky beggar! I am owed some lieu time so might slide off early on Friday, feel exhausted still, was in bed by 9 last night!! I'm 29... Not 79!

Dinner tonight has been decided - campfire stew and roasted veggies, can't actually wait! Haven't had it in ages and it's the right kinda weather to have something hearty and warming. Is it 5 yet?! Xx

Hell no Rosie! I tucked away a fair few syns on Sunday I can tell you that now!

Weekends seem to be my downfall at the moment and its because I'm not very well prepared - that's all gonna change this week though ;) xx
 
Yum Campfire stew. I hope you get on well with the 7 day plan. I still haven't picked mine out yet. Thinking red and green days but you managed to make me crave campfire stew again! Good luck for WI tonight hun.

Today is my last EE day for a week so I'm waving goodbye to EE with thee stew - sad to get excited isn't it :D

My giddy aunt I'm bored!! Work is like a ghost town, systems down so can't progress, just sat twiddling my thumbs and all I want to do is eat!

So far have munched 2 Melba toast, kerry low low spread, toasted wm WW pitta, plum, banana, yogurt, hifi light, and I still want more.

Just want to WI now and then fill my face.
