Thank you lovey! I was a bit nervous about what they'd print (e.g. my starting weight... which they did! Ahhhh!) but now I am just thinking how awesome and positive the article is. I would say I can't change who I was - but I have! xxx

The article is fab hun - they may have printed your starting weight but look at you now!! who cares what that weight WAS, its gone forever and you are a changed person both inside and out. Your confidence must now be through the roof ( I know mine would be ), your health has benefitted reducing the risk of what happened to your brother, that alone should make you feel so proud of yourself. Most of all your our Minky and were all proud of you too hun. Well done xx

Hun that is wonderful! You will inspire even more people to take positive steps to deal with their weight now. I've found as I move towards my goal and away from my start weight I am less bothered about about people knowing my start weight. People usually see how far you have come rather than what you were. And who you are, which is an honest, kind, generous and funny woman. And that hasn't changed, just now more people are receptive to it.
