MinkyDinkys SW Success Diary!!

someone has given me a tip of concetrating on the super speed foods and sticking to red days. so loads of veg with cod, tinned crab, crayfish, etc. Havent had a week where I have been able to try it properly, but may be worth a go? Has anyone tried the super speed soup and got a good loss?

Personally, I am not a fan of the superspeed soup, but maybe that's just me! I know I should take a look at the SS foods and I should probably get my books out and look through them again to remind myself of them all. Its never a bad thing to 're-educate' ourselves on the plan. After 2 years you kinda think you remember it all, but there is more than likely a lot that has slipped out over time. no problem. as i said I havent tried either of these, but am saving them for whenever the weight loss slows down or I want an extra boost. What time are you WI today? I have just eaten my lunch, and that is it now till 7.30!!

snap, same WI time. I had my small sushi and about half a dozen chunks of pineapple. all done for the day too until after WI. Hows your week been food wise? Whats your average days food like? I don't think you have a diary on here yet so I can't be sneaky and check ;) xx
 
I don't like speed soup either.:yuk: Plus the wind; last time I had it, the old man kicked me out of bed!:asskick: How about success express? Might be worth asking your C tonight if you don't get the pound off.
 
too nosey with other people's diary to write my own. I think I have been okay. We were away for the weekend, which wasn't too bad. Friday night tested me as we had arranged a surprise birthday party for my MIL. the food was so tempting, so I had to have some starters, followed by some champagne and naturally some birthday cake. to compensate spent 2 and 1/2 hours on the dance floor - so hopefully have balanced everything out. we will see later on xxx

Just catching up on your many pages of the last few days. Sorry you are having probs with your poo sitch, that's never very nice. I googled some info and if you click on this link it gives you 13 reasons why you could possibly be bunged up. 13 Surprising Causes of Constipation - Health.com

I can't help beyond that as I crap for England, in fact it should have been an Olympic event last year, I would have competed for sure. I could have been the Mo Farah of pooing. Imagine...

ps. That lamb curry (was that what you had last night?) looks lovely, can you pass on the recipe, or at least point me in the direction of it. I am off now to buy some Quinoa and Coconut Milk for H&B!!!

Ha ha!! Getting kicked out of bed for wind is a new one! Although I did pop in my sleep the other day 'apparently' and it was that loud it woke/made my OH jump! :D. Gotta love SW for the humorous wind xx

thanks for the linkage Hun, took a look earlier at work and managed to get hooked into a million articles and before I knew it had zoned out into info for about an hour :eek:

I tend to get mine from Tesco and occasionally M&S, I love the stuff. Wasabi in London do some amazing sushi. There is a place down in Brighton that I want to try as it looks so cool and very traditionally decked out, its called Yum Yum Ninja :D xx

I thought I was the only one that suffered! Most people look at me like I am weird when I mention it. Also Kiwi does the same to me, dead annoying when it tastes so good! xx

it is the one out of the Asia book, going to get the boy to make it while I am at group so fingers crossed it turns out how it should :D and I have a red onion in specifically for this dish after your recommendation!

If I don't have any more food babies then you are all more than welcome to come and squeeze me like toothpaste :D:D its a tad frustrating though isn't it? Stoopid bodies. xx

Wasabi is my favourite, I love their sushi, the seaweed wraps are so nice, I treat myself to one every now and again if I'm out in London and happen to walk past. I love sushi, I need to make my own!

Ooh well for for the half off.... Now, can we manage the other half lb despite weekend fun times? *gets overly excited for you*

This I am aiming for. No d!cking about, low syn week to ensure syns on Saturday's alcohol is covered and high superfree foods to get my frigging 9 stone!!

Our group is moving next week and we've tried to tell as many people in the community so it'd be awesome for our first week there to get my 9 stone!
