Holiday Countdown!
someone has given me a tip of concetrating on the super speed foods and sticking to red days. so loads of veg with cod, tinned crab, crayfish, etc. Havent had a week where I have been able to try it properly, but may be worth a go? Has anyone tried the super speed soup and got a good loss?
Personally, I am not a fan of the superspeed soup, but maybe that's just me! I know I should take a look at the SS foods and I should probably get my books out and look through them again to remind myself of them all. Its never a bad thing to 're-educate' ourselves on the plan. After 2 years you kinda think you remember it all, but there is more than likely a lot that has slipped out over time.
