It's a recipe from the new Asia book, was nice and quick to cook after WI so think this might be a regular as its filled with superfree too xx

I've made a few of the dishes and every one of them has been really good, OH has wolfed them down and one of them is his new favourite dinner

And thank you Hun, it's been a bit up and down the last few weeks but hoping to get this last stone n a bit off soon enough! Xx

Although having said that I may be better off buying a nice Chinese/Japanese cookbook as I don't eat any type of curry. Hmmm! Roughly what's the proportions of different Asian foods? xx

Honestly it's the best cook book I've had from SW. Curry wise it's not your typical 'Indian style' curries. I'll send you a list in the morning of different stuff that's in there if you like to see if it's worth having it if you like? Xx
