Minky, try frequency, intensity training, short bursts of intense exercise, followed by a cool down. Hannah Waterman's dvd; really good for toning up; also try rubbing in a cream or body butter a couple of times a day. (Bio-oil is good, but a bit pricey) xx and well done on size 12 xx

Do you mean massage tummy with that to make it smaller. I have same problem with Minkx with my tummy.

I'll give the DVD a look. I do use a body butter and have a big palmers coco butter which I love. I just need to accept that I'm going to have tummy issues what with excess skin n whatnot. But at least I'm not fat any more so silver lining... :D xx

It's one of those things isn't it Rosie? It'll change and go down I know, but it's just an issue at the moment. I'm hoping to change it but I'll never be a bikini wearer put it that way! Xx

I've been doing intensity/interval training for a few weeks I was just doing it to get fitter never thought about the skin tightening effects so bonus! :)
 
To try and continue with my 'good food days' I sat for about 4 hours going through magazines, re reading my SW book and planning my meals for the next week. Gone through my cupboards, freezer and fridge and have planned it all apart from extra syns. Done a food shop and it's coming tomorrow - actual excitement!

Breakfast - pineapple and mango, hifi bar HexB
Lunch - sea bass salad, strawberry Greek muller 1/2 syn
Dinner - pulled pork with HexB roll, BNS and celeriac chips.

Monday EE
Breakfast - porridge oats HexB with grated apple and cherries
Lunch - leftover pork and roasted veg
Dinner - Mac n cheese woo! HexA red Leicester

Tuesday EE
Breakfast - fruit of some form
Lunch - sushi
Dinner - Burmese chicken curry with noodles 1 syn

Wednesday EE
Breakfast - Greek yogurt and fruit
Lunch - mushroom and vegetable risotto
Dinner - meatball pasta bake HexA cheddar

Thursday EE
Breakfast - sweet pancakes topped with cherries and yogurt
Lunch - leftover mushroom n veg risotto
Dinner - Sri Lankan tamarind and coconut dhal with added chicken and curry powder (so more like a dhansak) 2.5 syns

Friday EE
Breakfast - sausage, onion and mushroom sandwich HexB 1 syn
Lunch - leftover sweet potato curry OR sushi
Dinner - house party so some alcohol, will attempt to keep it half normal amount consumed...

Saturday Green
Breakfast - mushroom, cheese and onion omelette HexA
Lunch - quorn chilli and jacket potato
Dinner - well... Second house party but a lot more subdued so alcohol definitely limited this night

Sunday EE
Breakfast - porridge HexB and fruit salad
Lunch / dinner - roast pork with all the trimmings

I feel good for planning properly. Not just dinners. I actually re read my SW book, all of it. Even the question and answer section in there.

The house parties... 2 guys at work have moved in together today and they are having all the work colleagues over after work on Friday so that's party número uno. Saturday night they are having a second one but with non work friends, although Mark (one of the 2 guys house sharing) is a good mate of mine now - I play badminton with him - and he wants me to come and meet his brother and friends. So I think I'll be more calmer that night because I don't know anyone really. And I'll have yoga on the Sunday so I won't wanna go hungover!! That's the plan anyway! Xx

The parties sound fun, it is nice you are both a work colleague and friend :)

Jess (Jessikalashes) has just had her skin op. When she described it it sounded so brutal it well put me off! but she does look really good. I suppose it all depends when you are willing to go through. I know I will have loose skin, but right now it isn't bothering me. I don't think it will bother me enough to go through skin removal.

I know jess was going for a tummy tuck but believe she ended up with a full body lift? I'd be over the fricking moon with just a tummy tuck but then begs the question... Will you be wanting children? And because I'm 29 and childless I don't actually know the answer. I love kids and wouldn't mind one but I honestly don't know if it's going to happen. And I know the answer to that question can make a difference. I think I'm just going to have to live with it. End of the day my boy loves me regardless and he is the only one that'll see me in the buff so... Xx

Just catching up, food shopping delivery is so fun! I love being able to plan meals. I'm waiting on payday then I'm going to plan lots.

I want to see the jacket tooooo :D size 12 must feel amazing, I've never owned anything in size 12. I get excited at buying a size 16 haha! xx

It's being delivered between 2-3 today and I can't wait to get my pork going (oo-er missus!).

Size 12 is crazy... I was a 22/24 before and think I was about 14 the last time I fit a 12! Even buying an 18 was a sense of achievement so now buying this size just kinda blows my mind a bit. You'll be here soon enough too honey xx
 
Beautiful day again!

Slightly nervous about going to yoga, not because its exercise but I always get nervous doing things on my own. Hoping that the sunshine will keep me calm and ready to crack on.

Breakfast was my pineapple and mango with a small dollop of ff greek yogurt.

Lovely although burny tongue syndrome :D ha 2 coffees outta my HexA allowance.

Lunch is sea bass but not with salad because shopping won't be here in time so thinking about just frying off mushrooms, onions and peppers or something to go with. Or I'll just call in at the shop on my walk home from yoooooga.

Dinner is pulled porn, I mean pork. With BNS and celeriac chips and green beans.

HexA 1 is my milk in coffees. HexB 1 is a roll with my pork. May have 2 rolls if I'm greedy. Or I'll have a hifi bar for my second HexB.

Syns planned - 4 for a vanilla latte. And that's actually it so far! Maybe a pack of velvet crunch or some mikado sticks. Who knows right now?!

Off to get ready for an hour of peace, tranquility and hopefully sweating n hard posing. Let's just hope I don't let out a pop mid pose... My friends been winding me up about that happening!! Xx
