I am still a bit shocked but so sweet of him.
Last of scan bran cake, topped with sweetened philli light and a drop of toffee muller. Total syns today 6 (had 8g white bread with part HexA cheese, other part is the philli light!)

Oooh let me know how you get on. I've made a banana cake tonight. Only 2.5 syns for 50g mashed banana in it. Smells lovely! Thats tomorrows breakfast and pudding sorted xx

Ooooh Minks have you tried marshmallow fluff? Its like the gooey marshmallow from the inside of walnut whips. It's 40 cals for 2 tbsp so 2 syns and you could spread it on your scanbran cake

Banana cake I done in the microwave in a takeaway tub - hence the shape! But its really nice actually! Going to put topping on in the morning so it doesn't go soggy

I done 7 mins, then tipped out onto a plate and done another minute so the bottom wasn't soggy xx

Yeah I just got it in West Green sainsburys. It was £1.99. My friend made rice crispie cakes with it at the weekend using the whole tub *jealous*.

Minky.....having subscribed to your thread when i first joined Minimins, i hadn't ever really looked through your posts (mainly cos there were so many pages lol) and had started at the most recent post whatever day i first subscribed....
anyway, i decided to have a nosey at page 1 just there....and i couldn't even keep going cos i just had to say...
i absolutely CANNOT believe how fantastic you look, in fact, i can believe it cos i've always thought it but i've just seen your 1st post...and the before pics on page one and ...well...just....WOW!!!
i've read through some stuff and knew that you had done so well, that you had been working hard for such a long time but bloody hell girl....i'm just...i don't even know! lol
i don't know you but just wanted to say (again...and like so many others) WELL DONE!!
i know the demon thoughts and feelings never really leave us sometimes when it comes to weight but you only have to look back at your first few posts and see just what you've achieved!

your scan bran creations are looking lush. oh and fluff is amazing, my parents got us it once when we were kids, fluff on white bread, chocolate spread on another slice of white bread makes an amazingly synful delight.
