The forums being a bit... annoying in that I can't upload pictures, grrr.

Yesterday was nice and on plan with dinner being super hot because I slipped when adding chilli flakes, oops! Good job I like it hot ;)

Today is green day.

Breakfast - cinnamon couscous with yogurt and berries.
Lunch - leftover tagliatelle and meatballs
Dinner - salad, gherkins, wholegrain crispbreads HexB, cheese HexA
Snacks - ryvita fruit crunch HexB topped with strawberries
Syns - probably flump and maoam strips

Best get cracking!

I noticed that you had sweet cous cous for brekkie - how did you make that please? Thank you I'm having a green day today instead of my usual exeasygoingeasygoing
 
Hey minks, so pleased for you and proud of you for your woty nomination, you would be a very worthy winner! Sorry I've been so quiet ate the wagon some time back but back on a new one and just getting round to catching up with diaries. Your latest pics look fab, LOVE the pic of you and the big, super cute! Hey! Its made the same way as normal couscous (with hot water) but I add a tbsp. of cinnamon and a couple of tbsp. sweetener and leave to soak and fluff up. I sometimes do it with almond or vanilla flavouring with part of my HexA Milk hot too. xx

No worries lovely, I have been super AWOL too, but I need this place to help keep me on the straight and narrow! And thanks hun, like I said, don't expect to move forward but at least I know I am currently top 12 in the region so that's always a nice feeling :) xxx
 
Food/day update!

Had my raspberries and blueberries with peach yogurt and couscous for brekkie. Lunch - I totally left my meatballs at home :( so I had 2 fruit crunch ryvita topped with strawberries. Dinner is now going to be poussin and... something. So red day instead. Have 1 HexB and 2 HexA to have too, but will probably have 1 A and not bother with the other A&B if I don't need it.

For your board can you add things where people have said you've inspired them? Like quotes from here about how you've motivated others etc? There are a lot of posts on here about how you've inspired and motivated them to lose weight xxx

That's a good idea.

It is a good idea, hadn't thought of that. Maybe I can take some quotes and get them on stars or something to sit around the photos? Hmmm. Something to think about xx
 
So stupid forum will not let pics post. Pah.

Today has been well on plan again.
Breakfast - berries, yogurt, couscous 1.5 syns
Lunch - ryvita fruit crunch and strawberries hexb
Snack - 3 ryvita crispbread 1/2 hexb with 1/2 hexa phili light with ham and gherkins
Dinner - lemon, thyme and garlic stuffed poussin, with lemon zest and balsamic vinegar baby carrots, baby courgettes, baby leeks and cauliflower mash
Afters - maoam strip 1 syn and hifi light1/2 hexb

Stuffed for the day and a mere 2.5 syns consumed.

You should, go through your thread and print them out or get people to write testimonials for you. I'm happy to submit one for you as without your diary I'd lose motivation at times xxx
 
Friday eve - whoop! Managed to stick to my guns yesterday and not eat any of the buffet lunch but I didn't get a snap of my own - didn't want the customers thinking I was strange :)

Breakfast and dinner - I had quiche and fruit n yogurt for brekkie because I was hungry!

With my turkey burger pitta I also had mange tout to chomp on. Syns were 3 for popcorn, 2 for malted milk, 5 for rainbow drops and 4 for gravy and Yorkshire pud for dinner.

Today is a red day I think.

Breakfast - overnight oats with fruit which I prepped nice and early yesterday.

Lunch - salmon salad 1/2 syn

Dinner - chicken, garlic, spring onion, spinach and cheese omelette

Have grapes, banana and mange tout to snack on if needed.
Haven't been to the loo since Saturday which just goes to show how much my body hates over indulgence, but hopefully I'll be able to have some senakot and it'll work its way out! Starting to get uncomfortable. I'll be weighing in saturday morning before heading to london for the day with the boy and I'm hoping for a pound off. Fingers crossed!

Its only blimming faux friday! Happy friday eve to you all that have to work tomorrow ;)

Food is potentially a red day, depending on what I have with dinner tonight, may change to EE

Breakfast - overnight oats, vanilla and choc sprinkles muller, blueberries, raspberries
Lunch - 2 egg omelette, onion, mushrooms, HexA cheddar, spinach (made it just now and potted up)
Dinner - chicken curry. Of some form. May have it with veg or rice or sweet potato wedges. Or on its own. Undecided.

Good food day though! But now, shower time! Xx
 
Ok so do you make your omlette and take it to work to heat up?! Is it still alright...like, not too eggy or soggy?!! Have some eggs that need using you see!! Happy faux friday!! Xx

First time I've made it and taking it to work so will have to report back later! Hope its stays... edible?! Xx
