Ooooooh I'm so excited! Got a lovely merit based pay rise yesterday and so to celebrate I'm doing Mexican night! Woo! I love mexican food and have been looking at how to make it SW friendly. Awesome little plan put together!

I'm actually excited about dinner..... How sad am I?! Ha ha! But when the weather is miserable and you gotta cycle home in the torrential rain you need something to look forward to right? Xxx

Well done for the pay rise. It is nice when hard work is appreciated and rewarded. Enjoy your Mexican (dinner) and look forward to the pics.

Right guys n girlies. Mexican was had and it was deeelish! Stuffed and satisfied.

Instead of wraps I used lettuce leaves. Although WW wraps are only 5 syns I really wanted nachos.

So. WW nacho cheese flavour tortilla chips at 4 syns, topped with jalapeño peppers,, tesco hot salsa (1/2 a syn for 2 tbsp) and half a HexA of cheese. Melted in microwave - ping!

Back to the 'wraps'. Fried off onion, pepper, mushrooms, quorn chicken pieces and bean sprouts. Added fajita mix. 1/2 syn per 8th of the pack. Serve in the lettuce leaves and tip with remaining HexA cheese.

Heated some spicy refried beans and chopped Jalapeño peppers served with. Frigging gorge!

Was so good. Cheesy salsa nachos and refried beans are awesome! Really needed something like that to curb bad cravings and damn that hit the spot! Xx

I totally forgot about refried beans being free on green must pick some up :-D good idea about the ww nachos it's too tempting to eat the whole big bag if I buy Doritos! X

Refried beans and jalapeño peppers together are the nuts. End of. Will be getting some more tomorrow me thinks. Or might try making them myself seeing as they are basically mashed pinto beans? Lovely jubbly! Xx

Ok so it's Friday, the sky is blue and the sun is beaming. Nothing wrong with that picture right? Nope, nothing at all.

Except I have been up since 3:30 because the fooking neighbours have been blaring music since then and kept me awake I hate living in a flat, too many potential surrounding neighbours to pee you off. But it seems here its just the ones below. They ruin a really nice block of flats in a nice area.

So I'm pretty tired right now, I'm just hoping that the nice weather cheers me up and gets me through the day oh and chatting with you lovely lot of course!

I'm going to get some brekkie, maybe some more rhubarb?? xxx

Banana and yogurt for me, boring I know but it's quick and easy. Thanks for he crumble mix recipe will give it a go the weekend.

I love golden syrup, will treat myself to that tomorrow I think.

Bleugh! I'm a typical hater of marmite! Even the smell of it turns my nose away - its just wrong! I'm the only one in the family that hates it mind, they all love it. I'm a fan of peanut butter on toast and they all hate that xx

Yeah alright randomer I just can't imagine it to be anything but a thick ball of stuff.... Do you add any water? Like make up the porridge with water and then stir in the quark? Or add some water to the quark just to thin it out a bit?? My head can't comprehend it!! Xx

As for SW fry up - having one this morning although I don't have any bacon so will have it with sausages - nom! Can't wait to tuck in, had a lazy morning and am now officially hungry so need to get cracking xx

I like nana and syrup together. I made a sweet omelette (just beaten eggs and sweetener) the other week and topped with sliced nana, sweetened quark and tbsp of syrup. It was so good!





Do you like mixed berries? There are a few different packs of frozen ones you can get which are dead handy to go with yogurt to have a change up of what to have with yogurt if you get bored xx
