Keep up with the non smoking. Food will taste better by next week,

Truth will be in next Friday when I go to a girly/poker night with alcohol involved. Although I'm so frigging stubborn at times I know I won't have one. Will power is immense right now xxx

Di you do your Lesley mile? Nothing wrong with a bit of guilt to help push you along exercise isn't the be all and end all of losing weight, I wasn't interested 6 stone heavier but it's only been since I've got lighter that I enjoy exercise but also need to start doing it to help tone so I don't end up with horrif excess skin (still expecting it and still thinking I'll have to save for surgery!) hope you are ok sweetness, will pop over to your diary xxxxbeckyn22 said:Well done you on the loss this week!! You are such an inspiration. Reading about all the exercise you're doing is guilting me into doing a 'Lesley mile' lol! I am feeling really lethargic and bleurgh today, so need a kick up the bum! Well done on quitting the coffin nails - you are brill and can do this. Those dreams are funny, it's like when you first start a new diet you dream about chocolate etc all the time. They'll stop soon. Hope you've had a good day at work today :bighug: xxxxxx
